It was okay
Generally speaking it was not bad. Both actors were good at showing their characters but chemistry between them could be better. There was not many romantic or intense scenes.Story was so-so. It was more about killing then about romance. Fighting scenes could also be better. Generally speaking it's one of those okay series nothing super groundbreaking.

so attracted to this
A great dramaseries!the chemistry between the two leads was amazing and i love me some well-executed slowburn. I think it's one of the better BL's out there with also a great side couple and hilarious sidecharacters (Charn's ex is still killing me).
The story had me hooked from the first episode and immediately showed us some action and laid the foundation of both characters: Charn is the opportunistic, corrupted and devilishly handsome (but also just devilish) lawyer whose heart only beats for money and Tinn is the protecting and caring uncle of an adorable little girl Tonkhao and who would die for the ones he loves.
i also think it's interesting to show how the justice system kind of works because oftentimes yes, those with money and power own the path of justice and use it for their own good...which is why we need to continue to fight and show them that we do not agree.
the pacing was just right in this series though i wished there were more episodes of just anything of these two characters because i just love them a lot.

So incredibly underrated
I watch a lot of things, a fairly wide spectrum of genres, only a rare few of them get pegged as a masterpiece in my mind. This, however, made the list. Its actually not perfect, there are things I wish they would have done differently or parts you just kind of roll with, but there were few of those and most all of it was well thought out storyline with beautifully developed characters and actors/actresses that absolutely killed their roles. If youre here for NSFW scenes and couldn't care less about story and characters, this series isn't it. Don't get me wrong, the chemistry between Tinn and Charn is enough to make your toes curl, and we get a tease or two of steamy scenes. Jam and Film are both gorgeous actors to start, but their chemistry is fire, Jam(Tinn) has eyes that let you see the depths of his soul, and Film(Charn) this man has got to be one of the most talented actors I've seen in Thai TV. Film played his role so well, I could sit here all day and go on about his expressions in this scene or that, such an incredible character portrayal.
The story was also very well done, it does have some small issues, but not enough to call them flaws. They meet by chance and are brought back together by tradgedy, and they can't help falling harder for eachother despite what seems like impossible differences. It's a murder mystery tangled up in love story, with all of the thrill ride to go with both.
This is no KinnPorsche, theres not a bunch of fanservice or hot scenes, but if youre here looking for more than smut and you like deep characters with fire chemistry, this absolutely worth the watch.

Soapy Fun
Over the top camp played seriously, everyone knew their assignments and did it well. It's an old school soapy drama style coupled with the still relatively new school conceit of gay characters and gay couple at the heart of it. Film in particular is fantastic as Charn the cunning and seemingly soulless lawyer with the evil smile whose facade is broken down by the humble, hunk Tinn.Charn's flashback of what happened to both his mother and him and the scene of him unable to lie to Tinn on the tarmac were the show's highlight's. Fantastic acting by Film. It's too unintentionally hilarious though that throughout the show he gets shot and he's never bleeding from the gunshot wounds, so when he got shot in the end I'm just thinking he's impervious to bullets even before he reveals the bulletproof vest. I love that there is time set aside in the finale for Charn and Tinn to get married and live their domestic bliss with Tinn accepting that Charn needs time to change fully. When Tinn proposes and Charn brings up that there is not law for gay marriage yet, I'm so happy in a meta way for them that they can be legally married less than a year after their marriage in the series which was September 2023.

A Thai BL That Got Everything Right!!
I’ve seen a lot of BLs enough to know that even the best ones usually come with some flaws. But Law of Attraction genuinely surprised me. It’s one of those rare series that finds the perfect balance: emotionally rich, well-paced, and not trying too hard. What blew me away the most was how normal yet extraordinary everything felt. The pacing was beautiful not rushed, not dragging, just real. I didn't skip a single episode, not even the last one (and trust me, I usually skip the finale fluff). Every moment felt earned. Now let's talk about the two characters that completely stole the show for me: Tan and Chern.
Chern ( Film Thanapat Kawila ).. My god. The way his actor handled the character was next level. It could’ve easily looked stiff, overacted, silly or cheesy in the wrong hands but it never did. Every line, every expression hit. No cringe, no awkwardness. Just genuinely good acting.
and Tan ( See Parattakorn Kaiyanan ) the spoiled, rich brat, should have been annoying but he wasn’t. Somehow he was vulnerable, chaotic, and still managed to be so endearing. I’ve never felt this soft for a character like him before. He made me feel bad. Law of Attraction didn’t rely on tropes or dramatic twists. It gave us something real. And for that, it stuck with me. Not just a good BL a great drama, period...

Long time heard about this one. Finally decided to watch it.Story about Charn & Tinn. Charn g is a cunning and ambitious lawyer while Tinn is an ordinary person who works as a Karate coach.
The story starts with a young girl named Tonkhao who is killed in a car accident, and the culprit is the son (Thaenthai) of a powerful, corrupt senator (Thatthep).
At first, they hired Charn as their lawyer. But because Charn instinct tells there's something more about the case, and when he's trying to dig more, he is removed from the case.
His removal only sparked his desire for revenge and profit. He switches sides to support Tinn, the uncle of Tonkhao.
As they work together to uncover the truth, their differing perspectives lead to unexpected feelings. The case soon reveals deeper dangers, and they realize it’s far from ordinary.
That's pretty much the story without giving anymore spoilers. Now what I like and don't.
What I like:
+ The chemistry between Film & Jam.
+ How Charn changing throughout the drama
+ Perfect example of not judging a book by its cover. I mean for Thaenthai. I'm really happy when he got his real support from Thee.
+ The cute grandma. Sometimes the grandma in dramas is really the cutest.
Overall I really like this drama.

Hot Lawyer BL
**Brief Synopsis**B (Lawyer): Charn
T (Owner): Tinn
- Beginning: B is an extremely successful lawyer known for only taking on rich clients. He is cold hearted and ruthless and would hesitate to use underhanded methods to get what he wants. T is the uncle of a little girl who has just gotten killed. B had been the lawyer of the opposition but was kicked off. Realizing that things isn't so simple, B goes to find T and propose to be his lawyer so they can take down the bastard behind this. T at the beginning is undertandably unwilling to work with B because of his reputation. But B doesn't give up, doing his best to intergrate himself in to T's family in hopes of convincing B to soften.
- Middle: Despite T's initial reservations, he starts softening and more accepting of B. That is because he starts learning about B and his past. B became this way because his naivity got his mother killed, making him believe that there are no good people in this world. As time went by, T realizes that B is actually a good person and B realizes that T is actually pretty versetile and has a heart of gold. As their relationship gets closer, the case gets more and more dangerous.
- End: In the end, it is revealed that the girl got killed because her toy rabit recorded recorded something that might get the senator in trouble. In order to put the senator in prison, T and B goes on the hunt for the toy. And when they got the recording, they realize it's not enough to put the senator in prison so B sacrifises his own safety to get the senator to confess on camera. He succeeds and gets saved afterwards. They were already in sort of a relationship before this. After this, T proposes. A ceremony takes place and the show ends showing that T has changed B's way and B was more willing to help out people.
**My Opinion**
WHAT I LIKED ABOUT IT:
- The writing is very nice. Although the plot isn't the best in the world, it made sense and the pace flowed well. The mystery had a small plot twist and it was captivating enough to keep me interested throughout. However, it should be noted that I found the pacing for the romance a little rushed but that is understandable because this is more of a mystery then a BL.
- The relationship between T and B was very nice as well. Their clash of point of view made them enemies in the beginning but as they started to learn more about each other, they start learning how to compromise. I really like the trope of enemies to lovers because each step of the way seems like an achievement, making me want to root them on and see their happy ending.
- I really like the ending. T learns to accept B for who he is and B starts learning how to be less cynical for T. They aren't perfect but they are two people who like each other and are willing to change themselves to make this relationship work.
- The actors do a great job in conveying the characters' state of mind to the audience. They are convincing in their roles.
WHAT I DIDN’T LIKE ABOUT IT:
- There are little intimate scenes. The ones they do have are very tame. The focus of this show is on the mystery and their relationship seems more like a byproduct of that. They aren't very intimate either but there are always little signs you can find to prove that they do care about each other in their own way.
- This show is a good mystery but not so much of a good BL because the focus is on the mystery rather then developing their relationship. One might feel their relationship lack sufficient build up.
**Conclusion**
Upon reflection, this is a high quality show but probably isn't made to be rewatched. This is because the intrigue part loses charm on the second viewing and the romance part is not intimate enough for a second viewing.

very satisfaction ending
Good points i like about the show:the ending was the one most satisfying one i seen so far among many dramas bl or not, its really hard to get a satisfying ending, it always ends up being too short, missing out stuff, or whatever you feel lacking (at least for me)
this is one ending that satisfied me to the most.
it has some sweet, some cute, finalizing almost every character ending (sometimes shows fails to do that) it wasn't too rush, and it was a little comedic (granny teasing) I really like how ML gives the engagement letter to the sister/friend in the bar with a poker face all like nothing until she opens the letter. its really sweet and cute. then theres the little bit at the end of his after life too.
and also it was more towards to the realistic kind of ending, like his still maybe semi bad lawyer, and he admits to his lover, and his lover accepted that the little kindness is enough for him. and that's the kind of love everyone admires and envies, the kind everyone wants. communication, acceptance, love. not everyone can do that. oh and also, about the side cp ends and the sweet moment of the bar's couple showing their ring to the main cp. also how the main villain gets punched, stabbed and died violently was also so satisfying.
i really like the actor for chan, he convinces me how the society drives him to the points of crazy that the smiles for it like a coping mechanism, and that is often for people who are a little broken, they smile at hurtful things. wow i feel that so deeply and empathize with him. i can understand that pain so similarly but differently (everyone pain is different no matter how similar or same mental illness, its different.)
bad things i didn't really like / not my type of tea:
beginning was pretty slow pacing for me.
wasn't revealed who killed senator in jail (was it his enemy or did chan secretly ordered it? or did his allies try to silence him?)

Well done
Great series with some plotholes(?)/frustrations but really short, so overall enjoyable.A little dissapointed with Tin's fighting skills given he's a karate instructor...but maybe that was just a touch of realism on karate being the least effec- lemme stop there.
Parts of the editing were really choppy and tonal shifts being scenes were jarring sometimes, but this was somewhat understandable since there was a lot to cram in 8 episodes.
Plot wise, I loved the way everything was handled at the end and I felt satisfied with the villain's outcome and our leads' happy ending. Episode 7 was my favorite episode in the drama. We got to watch some great acting, especially from Charn's actor, but both leads were really amazing. I was pleasantly surprised with the 2nd couple too, up to Ep 4 or 5 I was begrudginly stating my disinterest in anything concerning Thaenthai, but ended up rooting for his adorable love story with his handsome bodyguard. As for our main leads, their dynamic was wonderful. Charn being an insane, somewhat unhinged, tsundere, but pouty and naturally aegyo filled man and Tinn being the pure hearted, morally upright, sensitive, golden retriever, sunflower of a man was such a great dynamic. I loved how Tinn, while lacking dating experience, could give as much as he could take in the flirting department. It was also funny and very definition of man of him whenever he was curious about how he sized up against Charn's exes. Overall, I really liked the pairing and thought the chemistry was great. I wish we saw more physical intimacy between them, but the sexual tension, loving stares, and flirty dialogues between the two was also great!

So much drama I love it
Not going to lie but the first time I saw this I was reminded of Manner of Death. Thanapat Kawila really portrayed his role and I hated his character but somehow ended up falling in love with him. The story does not focus only on the 'chemistry' of the main characters but it builds a sense of caring for us viewers which I am thankful for, I mean no viewer wants to watch a show without caring about the character unless the character is the villain and you're waiting for them to suffer, in my opinion. I loved how they made Mr lawyer redeem him and showed us the progress of change, I am thankful for the fact that they did not make him instantly 'nice' again. Was this review helpful to you?

greed will consume you if you let it
Okay, so I just finished this and have 30 minutes before my class starts, so let me rate this. I would give it an 8.5 out of 10, and yeah, this took me around a year to finish, and I am glad to get it out of the way finally. A lot of people liked it, so give it a try and see for yourself. They had a fantastic start, I will give them that. Very action-packed, very interesting, and I really do think that they set this show up perfectly. I also think the plot itself is great, especially with how unique it is. I just don't like how they dragged it out at the end. I was dogging on their chemistry at the start, but it is lowkey really good and made this show bearable. Truly. The fact that they actually gave the niece depth and made her feel like an actual person, FUCKKKK THAT ACTUALLY RIPPED ME APART. I think they did that very well, and I also like the reveal with her at the end. I thought that was really fun. Okay, so the guy who plays Tin is to die for and lowkey so fucking sexy, and got sexier as the show went on. And I think the guy who plays Charn is lowkey chopped, but his voice is beyond sexy, and he has a lady killer smile, so I will excuse it. And that is kind of it, the plot and the chemistry.
I watched the final 4 episodes on 2x speed, so that tells you a lot about this show lmao. I use the term "Vecna special" in my final episode review because they genuinely gave this show the Vecna special. They had been building up to fight this guy the entire show, and they kill his ass in like 5 minutes and go on with their lives, so I think they should have done that better. I can't lie. Also, if you can't finish this show because, like me, because you thought it got boring when they started to drag the plot out, I recommend 2x speed because it helped me understand everything so much better and actually finish it. I think they had a lot of irrelevant fucking side characters that we should have cared about, but I really didn't because they were very one-dimensional in my opinion. The young master, I think his character is fine, but I wish they had gone into more detail about him killing his mom in childbirth, and more on the fact that his dad hates him. It would have been interesting to see, but they did a one-off, and it was kind of forgettable. THESE FIGHT SCENES ARE SO BAD. OH MY GOD, THEY WERE AWFUL. The show got boring around 5-8, like shit in the fan and fell all over me. This show is one big libality, oh my god. WHY DID WE KEEP SINGING? STOP, I AM BEGGING, STOP PLEASE STOP. CHARN IS JUST SO UNNECESSARILY EVIL, AND I DONT KNOW WHY THEY DID THAT. LIKE AS SOON AS YOU THINK HE IS GONNA COME AROUND HE JUST DOES SOME EVIL SHIT AGAIN AND I THINK THAT WHOLE THING WAS BAD CHARACTER WRITING. Just an insurmountable amount of greed and awfulness. Also, the romance building got paused when they would do the plot, and then they forgot to unpause it, holy fuck. Okay, that is all.
Overview time, most of it will be positive until the lower half of this show lmao. "This is so courtroom-coded. This lawyer guy has a very sexy voice. THAT BITCH FUCKING FLEW. The lawyer has a freaky smile lmao." "SHE JUST GOT FUCKING RUN OVER HOLY FUCK, I KNEW SHE WAS GONNA DIE. They did not need to show that. I knew she was going to die. Survivor's guilt." "This lawyer shit will send his family into debt, dude. They will drag you through hell." "Villains aren't born, they are made." "Them adding more to the niece's death is just making it so much sadder, bro." "There is a reason people act the way they do, and that can impact the way they see the world and the people in it, young master. I don’t know what his real name acts like that because his dad has mistreated him his whole life." And which we found out later was because he killed his mom during childbirth, and I wish they had gone into more detail with that. "A good guy turned evil by society core." "Charn is not a villain, but if he is, that would be a crazy fucking twist." He lowkey was evil as fuck. "I understand both sides of this story, and I am very interested to see where this is going." "Not trying to be that person, but are they going to fuck?" BRUH. "Charn is so fucking hot, I can’t explain it. It's the smile and the demeanor, it's just so hot. In a mean sexy lawyer." "This show is one big liability. Also watching at 2x speed. Charm is a good lawyer, I can't lie. This show is dumb af. Grandma is a pimp. This plot is lowkey bs, and they are dragging it out." "Young master is very dead wife pretty when he is not being an embarrassment to the family name." "He straight-up ruined the kid over. Oh my God, like intentionally that’s awful, Jesus Christ, and why is he just shifting the blame on everybody, and he blamed his own son. Oh wait, that’s low-key really interesting and so awful." "Charn evil for the love of the game." "At least the Senator knows he’s evil, but Charn has spent this entire show pretending to be good. The Senator ran over that little girl because she crossed him. He’s been evil since the start of the fucking show, he’s corrupt, he's capitalist. We know that. Mr. lawyer boy, he’s been pretending to be good this entire time, but he’s fucking awful, genuinely awful, and like you’re crying, you’re showing all these emotions, but you’re still going through with this shit because you are evil." "The show is unintentionally very woke. The ex is so funny. What is fucking happening right now! Charn, it’s just straight up evil for the love of the game. Teamwork is the dream work, I fear. There is an ungodly amount of fighting in this." "There is no way they’re getting married after all that, like we have not had any romance building whatsoever. Like we’ve had, but at the same time we haven’t. Charn is a terrible fucking guy, and are we just gonna forget about the fact that he’s a terrible guy and just like be happy and bone for 30 minutes? Holy fuck." "Just like fuck ass Stranger Things, they killed the villain in the first five minutes, then drag that shit out for another fucking hour and a half, dude."
Okay, yeah. I guess watch it, and if it gets boring, 2x speed will be your best friend. Okay bye!

Charn's chest is all I want in life
A very dramatic and soap operay BL with a lot of sweet and cute moments near the end. Not really gonna get into details since I think this is worth a watch for any BL fan, as long as you don't mind a couple of slightly awkward drama scenes. But overall I thought the emotional scenes hit extremely well and that the enemies to lovers transition in this BL was done perfectly. For anyone who has seen and enjoyed To Sir, With Love but was disappointed with the lack of actual BL in it. This is definitely gonna catch your fancy. Its also a very digestible eight episodes in length compared to To Sir, With Love's 17.Was this review helpful to you?
