Poorly written and acted, got boring past episode 3
This was just bad and not in a so bad it is "funny/entertaining" way- over the top scenario / makjang but that takes itself too seriously...ending was just ridiculous
- super repetitive : lie, betray & repeat - ad nauseam
- main actors chemistry was okay but not extraordinary (but they were not helped by the scenario)
I would not recommend this to people, this drama is deeply flawed and without the entertaining factor that push you to want to see what happens next. Here, characters are so unlikable that you just don't care.

end of the series
The first episodes were really good, but I think the ending of the series wasn’t good or logical. In my opinion, it would’ve been better if Peem had died at the end. The love between Tan and Peem isn’t logical at all, and if we think realistically, nobody would fall in love with someone who shot them and chose power over them. Anyway, I still like this couple, and I hope they have better series in the future. The first episodes were really good, but I think the ending of the series wasn’t good or logical. An entertaining BL lakorn that fizzled in the end
DisclaimerWhat I am writing here are my views and thoughts about this series. Some of you may not like it. That does not give you the right to try to come at me with your opinions on why this series should get a higher or lower score and why it is better/worse than I think it is. You have your own opinions, and I have mine. Kindly respect that.
Woowhee! the excitement! The drama! The action! This series started off strong in this! It had me hooked every week for the past ten weeks, getting to learn everything about these characters (especially Pheem's family). The way his family was basically survival of the fittest to take over the father's company, and the father just letting them do things once he profits from it in the end.
I adored the relationship between Pheem and Than, even though there was a time I personally wanted to kill Pheem due to what Than went through because of him. But, in later episodes, he proved himself (in my opinion) to be worthy of Than. Were there parts of this series that I felt I got robbed of seeing? Yes, yes there is. While it was not shown, I felt that it was hinted at in the close relationship of Jett, Pheem's brother, and his bodyguard, Phakphum. When one was always in trouble, the other one would do whatever they could to save them, even if it meant that they would face the beatings instead of the other one. Throughout the series, we can see how much they cared for each other. It was also heartbreaking to see that small moment when Pheem's father showed that he wanted his youngest son to be safe coming to the end of the series.
What I will say I am disappointed in was indeed the last episode. We, as viewers, went through sooo much in that last episode, and yet, I still feel it was a bit of a letdown. The true bad person did get her just desserts. But, it would have been nice if the person was punished more for what they have done and caused to the family. And then the ending after putting us, the viewers, through so much for it to end like that. Ugh! I don't want to say too much to spoil it for other viewers out there, be they those who are currently watching it or those who will watch it in the future. But besides this, it was still an entertaining series, and I am glad to have completed another project by Offroad and Daou.

Red Flag Offroad!!
As someone who loves action dramas AND DaouOffroad, I was excited for this. I thought Daou and Offroad did a great job as their characters, and anyone that's mad about Offroad's character being evil needs to remember that it's just a character (and a super fun character to watch!). Overall, I thought this drama was really well done - my only complaint was that the conflict got a little repetitive, but I still thoroughly enjoyed it.Than (Daou) is a former cop that lost his job due to allegedly taking a bribe during his work on a major fentanyl case. He ends up working for Pheem (Offroad) as his bodyguard, and realizes that the fentanyl case he was investigating is directly linked to Pheem's brother. Pheem promises Than that he will clear his name and get him back on the police force by helping him finally convict his brother of stealing and selling fentanyl - however, Pheem is not at all motivated by Than, but instead wants to ensure that he is the heir to his father's hospital. Pheem will do whatever it takes to drag his brother down, and does not care who he drags with him - even if that means his bodyguard that he's falling in love with.
There were so many things about this show that I loved. A truly complex character from Offroad, acted INCREDIBLY. And look, I hated Pheem for a lot of the show, and that's what made it fun! The betrayal that Than went through throughout the show was so entertaining to watch, and I love how it's unclear to the viewer whether Pheem is telling the truth or lying for a lot of things. It really keeps the viewer on their toes. I do think that there was a little too much of the whole "I need to leave you to protect you" thing and that Than and Pheem probably should have worked out a plan together instead of constantly going behind the others back to "protect" each other, but that's to be expected for the drama of it all. Regardless, I really enjoyed this show!

The Same Game
Honestly, what can one say about a series that has so little going for it? The plot is dizzyingly twisted. Frankly, it has no socially redeeming values about it at all and there is no point pretending it does. The principal characters are all sycophantic, disreputable, and unprincipled. There is essentially no love story to speak of and what little effort that was put into a love connection, was feigned, contrived, and absolutely based on insincerity. Frankly, I am not sure how I sat through this trashy soap opera. We have seen this theme so many times before. These Bls with their cookie-cutter, cliché-driven, insincere, (poorly done) overdramatic action plots have simply got to stop. Along with the egregious, initially inauthentic love connection – one with not a shred of chemistry or sincerity about it. Honestly, you must have a brain filled with rocks to believe that the main protagonists were in love let alone believe they were in an impassioned sexual relationship. If you do not believe me, then rewatch the last episode with your eyes wide open and tell me that I am wrong. For sure, everyone looks ‘good’ but that is not enough to carry the story across the finish line. Was this review helpful to you?

Drama
I chose to write this review because of the ones I just saw and it seemed like we have seen a different drama. For me this was an enjoyable watch and it kept me hooked till the end because it was dramatic and I like drama together with the chemistry between all the CPs. I would say the story was great even though it didn't give us the closure that we needed.Pheem had the most character development in the whole characters and I wished to see Chet develop but sadly he didn't in the bigger sceme of things but he was getting there. I don't know what hapenned to Risa's mom from the first episode at least they could have brought her back to advise her when she started going astray because she was caring.
As it ended they were many loopholes in the story but after all it is series and I would really reccommend you to watch it because the plot is good and the actors are great actors, they did a great job. Don't just look at the bad reviews and deny it chance, give it a try and I promise you will llike it.

SADLY A GOOD IDEAS DISTROYED BY DESPERATION
i cannot not say much about the serie itself because i think other reviews did say it correctly.Actors here (specially main leads) did a very good job showing their skills in a new angle, her they take on roles of villains in action series so rest assured this is not on Actors themselves.
To be honest ,i think that BL series have entered era where the writers and production team have lost their mind ,they are pushing violance in form of love ,cruelty and call it love .
Im worried that they no longer care that these shows are actually watched by teenand young people, what are you trying to promote to them???
They don't care about logic anymore and this is disrespectful to audience, and to the country itself: if a crime is committed, you upheld the law ,to presents a lawless contents is to imply that no law is respected, once you are poweful.
The cartoonish shooting scenes will make Indian movies look good 😅😅😅😅 to be honest use logic whil editing, because this doesn't help actors ,it make them lose the credibility as actors.
I don't know if this is on writers or directors, the script is bad that it destroyed the potential the series had
In any case the actors did well under these circumstances.

This series wasn’t that good, honestly. I really didn’t expect Than to forgive Pheem that easily. I thought the story would go in a completely different direction — that Risa and Parn would end up in jail, that Than would return to being a police officer, and that Pheem would face real consequences for everything he did.I also expected Chet to get proper help in a mental hospital, because everything he went through since childhood was too heavy for him to handle alone. And Park… I really thought he would follow Chet and take care of him. Their connection felt so strong and meaningful.
Everything that happened in this show turned into a complete mess. The plot didn’t give justice to the characters or their experiences.
But one thing I can’t deny — the cast was absolutely amazing. They carried the entire series with their acting, and they deserved a better story.

A Dizzying BL Road Trip
Honestly, this could have been a really solid BL. The ingredients were all there—the drama, the tension, the big emotional swings—but somewhere along the way it just spiraled. If this series were a road trip, I’d be in the backseat clutching the door handle because the plot kept swerving left, right, upside down… it was dizzying. There were so many twists, so much over‑the‑top drama, and then the lead characters suddenly feeling borderline immortal. The production looked expensive. Big cast, big sets, big moments—everything screamed high budget, but the storyline just didn’t snap together the way it needed to. It felt like they had all the puzzle pieces but forced them into the wrong places. Daou and Offroad’s chemistry was the only thing that consistently made sense. And of course, Tongtong being gorgeous as always was a nice bonus. Every time he appeared, it felt like the show suddenly remembered what charisma looks like. So despite the chaos, I’m still giving it a 3.5 stars out of 5. There were a few good moments—it just needed a tighter story to match the ambition. Was this review helpful to you?

An ACTUAL review
After going through the reviews and stalking some people's profiles to see if their taste is immaculate or not, as their reviews sounded like they watch some very high-quality BL series with the most unique, well-written plots, it's safe to say that I had a good laugh.Anyway, the wicked game, as the title says, was wicked.
The characters made me hate them, scream at them for being such cruel people, yet a bunch of idiots as well.
The plot was actually well written up until Episode 9. The pacing of the show was good, the matters were resolved, and the show did not leave us with questions after it ended. It's episode 10 that could've been a lot better if they had just added the extended cut in the main show. After watching the extended cut, the show felt complete because Pheem talked about Thun not being a cop anymore, he talked about his guilt, and of course...they did the nasty. Poor noodle bowls.
I would've rated this show a solid 9/10 if it had the perfect music score, the extended cut, better editing, an unhurried ending and fewer of Chet's tantrums. I do not understand what people saw in Chet and Park because, to me, there was no chemistry between the two actors. Their scenes were boring, dragged out and totally unnecessary. I also skipped their flashbacks in episode 10 because why not?
Now, coming to the acting, everyone did a great job at it. Although I felt that Risa's bodyguard could've been better, it was still watchable. Daou and Offroad are a part of the few talented actors in the industry who act like they know exactly what the character went through, as if they are those characters themselves. After watching countless GMMTV shows and leaving the shows midway because of the terrible acting most of the actors did, it felt like a breath of fresh air when I discovered Century of Love and The Wicked Game. I did not have to skip scenes where Thun was singing, because for the first time, the actor could actually sing. I did not have the skip Pheem's breakdowns because again, he was not cringing me out, but instead making me feel bad for him, even though he did make some horrible decisions, and I was also not skipping the NC scenes because they felt too much or just too in my face.
Yes, the writing could've been better than it was, the editing could've been done by professionals, and not graphic design interns, and the camera could've been more focused, but the acting, the chemistry and the plot that was interesting, hair gripping, keeping you on the edge of your seats, made up for it.
I hope their fourth series is written by a different writer, maybe an adaptation as they've hinted and a better editing team.

The beginning is so exciting but The Ending is Bad
Till Episode 6/7, I loved it and was truly excited for it. But the way they just rushed the ending and everyone just kept on dying without any head or tail to the matter.. It was just senseless violence and nothing made any sense after the father's death, it was just chaos and an absolute disaster. The acting was overall okay and the production too but the shooting sequences, the blood, even the acting from male leads ... Everything just kept getting worse and worse. The DaouOffroad kiss and intimacy scenes were lacklustre. The kisses seemed so awkward and passion-less.. They were kissing with pursed lips, their body language or anything else didn't scream 'longing'..
The show after episode 7 truly felt like formality. Disappointing, to say the least. To my dismay, it left a sour aftertaste when the beginning promised me a rollercoaster ride and an exciting, diff storyline.
Unfortunately, not every series is KinnPorsche or has its level of logic.

Could have been one of the biggest BLs of all time if they had better budget
It was definitely a roller-coaster ride with really complex characters. Plot wise it was definitely interesting, not too new but at the same time brought something big twists in the table. My only issue is the budget and the lakhorn like execution.Plot was interesting to watch. Few dynamics and turns were recycled but it definitely bought something new to the table with the main character just not being dumbly toxic but actually having some real negative layers. He actually made me question if I wasn't this couple to end up together or not. Another thing I loved about the character dynamics is how Than knew since the beginning Pheem is using him. It was a very realistic move. The plot definitely had gaps to fill if they bought more elements into the storyline along with focusing on the business and family issue. It just needed 2 more episodes. Some things I felt we didn't get enough time to explore. But overall this is definitely one of my favorite plots simply for the negative character portrayals.
Cinematography wise I loved the color grading and that is probably the only thing I liked because where is the budget? I saw few BTS and I swear the director and the crew put a lot of effort but why the low budget for such high tension drama? Some of the shooting scenes were pretty crap. The way it is filled remind me so much of Thai Lakhorn however they need to remember this is more of a action romance series, the sope opera ending isn't gonna give it the feel. The execution is what held me back from giving it a 10/10 and it is such missed opportunity.
Acting wise it was mind-blowing. While Daou Offoad showed a completely new style and proved their capabilities I specially want to mention Tong. What a phenomenal actor. Every scene he was in, he showcased great emotions nd delivered. The entire cast was great.
Honestly the dram definitely had it's moment of shine and shortcomings but if you enjoy "not cute" dramas give it a shot. I enjoyed it though however I have to say it would have gone even bigger if it was released under a company like BOC with DaouOff and a great cinematography..
