I wish I could start by saying “ I was pleasantly surprised by how good the drama was.. " But I can’t.. I will just join the echo of others and say this was a mess of intentions.. The drama tries to look smart and progressive in the Hollywood way, without actually being either.. It ends up being visually dull and emotionally empty, filled with the kind of ' look at us ' choices clearly meant to impress a certain crowd rather than serve the story.. It’s astonishing that so many people were involved in the production of this drama and nobody had the brain to tell them, “Don’t air this mess yet.. At least work on it more and refine it before throwing it out there to get criticized and torn apart..” I honestly don’t know what they were trying to achieve here.. Anyone with half a sense could predict this would end up as a mediocre drama, if not a dumpster fire.. Had some fun moments that made me laugh and some mild intimate scenes as well.. But that's it.. The dialogues, with all those coding jargon was a complete disaster.. They tried way too hard.. The script had no real substance.. I am pretty sure they were counting on the trendy inclusions to give the show a boost, to make it seem more modern and appealing but it just came off forced and unnecessary.. With some rewriting, better dialogues and decent improvements in the characters, this could have avoided being such a mess.. It still wouldn’t have become anything great, but at least it wouldn’t have been received this poorly..
It starts out okay, though right from the beginning you have to forget logic to go along with the plot.. By halfway, it falls apart into a series of cliched, silly plot points.. This is just my opinion, the vibrator scene was funny, yes but it also felt unnecessary and a bit out of step with what you would normally expect from a Korean drama..
And that flashback scene generated with AI?? What even was that?? Horrible.. I was also curious about what she would have done with her ex’s number if the ML hadn’t shown up.. She looked hesitant to delete it.. If you are going to throw in a scene like that, you should at least close it off with a clear answer.. Leaving it hanging like that just makes the girl look bad..
The ending was even more absurd.. I hope they are not planning a season 2, because that just won’t work.. Not because they don't have any story left to explore, but because with how disastrous the response has been I doubt anyone would greenlight another season.. So we are just left with, whatever that ending was..
I had hopes for Kim Yo Han after The Winning Try, but he really disappointed me with this script choice here.. He is obviously better than this.. Both of his upcoming dramas look promising, especially Starry Us.. I just hope it finally sees the light of day instead of getting pushed back indefinitely without any updates.. And Hwang Bo Reum Byeol?? She is yet to prove herself.. Maybe in the next project??
So unfortunately for me, the drama collapses under the weight of its own premise.. While a handful of the jokes work, the larger concept feels empty and sometimes even a little strange.. The drama tries to create a feel good illusion of ' freedom of choice ' where identity, desire and romance are treated like trendy accessories rather than genuine human experiences, decorative add ons with no real emotional weight..
Okay then, my verdict?? if you are watching it just for the vibes and don’t think too deeply about what’s happening, you might have some fun watching the comedy and a few cute moments between the main leads.. But that's it..
Oh, and if you are a programmer, please stay away from this.. You might need therapy to recover from the coding jargon alone..

It ended, finally
It's not updated yet but I'll assume this drama is completed and just post the review. For those who don't wanna read it all: this drama is sht. Plot contrivances and plot holes one after another, to keep the story going, when in fact a lot of stuff would've been resolved faster. More so because the characters are students that do exactly that: resolve problems using logic...
I'll keep it simple, because I don't wanna waste even more time on it. Also, I'll say this here, because I must say it again and again. I'll talk about the drama's quality, not the enjoyment factor. Those are NOT the same. You can enjoy bad media, and thats ok (aka "my guilty pleasure"). Just make sure you know it is bad. Yes, you can find it funny (dunno why), to each its own, but do know it is bad and it should be rated as such. And why this drama? Wouldn't it be better to watch a different one, or re-watch something that you already know it is good? Just sayin'...
Before starting the real review, I wanna address an "interesting" fact. I was talking to someone and that person kept bringing politics into the talk about this drama's quality. "No, no. I like it 'cause its different." "Yes, but the script is bad." "Yes, but the lgbt (yes, only those 4 letters were used, so I'll do the same) community..." "Wait, what? I'm talking about this drama and its writing..." "Yes, I understand, but here in the States, lgbt..." And thats when it hit me. Most people that regarded this drama as amazing were praising the fact that it uses a different formula and/or they praised the comedy (neither true, btw). And the funny thing about that? This drama goes meta: in its universe, the FL takes a job as a rom-com screenwriter consultant, for a script regarding a rom-com in a science campus backdrop, (just like this drama), and the writers wanting to use the usual tropes (like this drama), and the FL basically drops the job because she realises the show is gonna be sht (just like this drama). So: WE got a drama that is different (supposedly), that in fact it is full of the usual tropes, that it looks bland, with its setting in a bland location. Our FL dropped the job because she realised the story had no future. And yet, WE, the viewers are supposed to like this drama that uses the same formula.... The irony is strong with this one. And no, using meta commentary doesn't make it better if the flaws remain unresolved. Btw that meta thing keeps going and going and going.... If the ending is real-life inspired it would make sense why I hated that character (maybe self-inserted).
And now, back to our main program. Visuals. Drab. Everything looks bad. The location, the colour palette, the cinematography. Oh, the costumes (because I also talked about that with said person). Everything looks cheap.
Audio. Kinda decent, I guess. Nothing special, but the tracks used are on par with the scenes, and the mixing was done at appropriate levels. The less than meh part was the over-usage of the "disk scratch" sound effect, but I guess thats because it was coerced by the script, always going for the "cue music, aaaand now sudden stop 'cause the scene abruptly changed, and now pls laugh" trope. Also here, I could add that the OST used were usually ok. I don't remember any of the songs, but maybe thats because I don't listen to that genre. Dunno.
World-building. Meh. Supposedly its about young people and their struggle, with half-talking english,... all the "cool, modern" stuff. You get a very very basic setting and thats it. Ofc, you don't need more, because nothing is really happening, but oh well. The pacing was meh. This drama is more a slice-of-life kind of thing. Every episode feels like an every day stuff. And no, its not really and "every day" because time passes and the characters tell us that its a different week/month, to help us. Lucky us... Character development. Don't make me laugh.... The is an attempt for some (one) of the supporting cast, barely the beginning, but you can't truly call it a character development.
And all the drama is basically a big manipulative editing trope. Every aspect, every bit of drama, of stakes, are in fact events edited and lated re-edited to show you a "different side". Basically they lie to you and then they go " no no, its ok, see? Actually it all happened this way". So, your investment is null. And next time you won't even bother to care, because they'll change the scene and show you a different result anyway. Yes, great drama... You'll definitely enjoy it....
So, what we have here is a low production value ...thing. It looks cheap, it feels cheap. Heck, it is cheap.
And now the "good" parts. Lets start with a mid one. The comedy. The so-called comedy is in fact a series of cringe scenes and/or dialogues. You know those jokes that made you laugh very loudly even when you never really got then, when you were 13yo? Thats what we have here. Or some extremely cringe moments that are played for laughs. For full minutes. Ghostbusters 2016 levels of cringe.
The romance. Its not really a romance. It is supposed to, yes, but the execution... Oof. You know how the "normal" trope is to have the characters meet, hate each other, warm a little, fall in love hard and use the second half of the season to show just useless fluff, apart from the last two episodes when some fake drama occurs, but they get over it and then live happily ever after? Well, thanks to this new, innovative formula, nothing happens for 2/3 of the season, then we have fake drama, for us, the viewers, because in-universe there was never one but the ambiguous, manipulative editing made it look like something was going on. Oh, the last episodes were truly horrible (especially the last one, especially the ending... pfff). I had to pause after 5 minutes, to get over the cringe scenes. And 5 minutes later, I've paused again. And again, 10 minutes later. Yes, I checked my watch every time. The fking skit kept going and going and going. *sigh* It was a looooong watch...... I started finding increasingly new reasons to pause the video.
After all this the warm-up I think we're ready for the main stuff. The writing is horrendous. What people praise is in fact all sht. The story, the comedy, the characters, everything. Full of tropes but done in all the wrong ways. From that discussion I've mentioned, "I like that we have a reverse trope, how we have a smart FL and a dumb ML". Yes, this is the first usage of such trope. Thank God we got this drama to represent! We have the dumb friend, "with heart" (I hated her so much!), that smiles and doesn't "read the room", always in the couple's way. And ten seconds later that fact becomes a source of comedy, ofc. Sure, the couple itself is always in its own way, but lets move on. People talking half-sentences out-loud, and continuing in inner monologues, so that misunderstandings occur. Also, talking out-loud "by yourself" trope. Also, 5 minutes of "bad-luck" scenes, one after another so that the plot can illogically be pushed forward. And so on, and so on, and so on.
I guess this a good point to talk about that specific stuff. The script is full of plot devices, plot contrivances and plot holes. Some examples. An important one, where the FL is hooked by an umbrella of a guy walking by, so that she is dragged a couple of meters, so that she interacts with our ML. You're supposed to forget that logic and physics exist, in a science-based drama. You know, gravity, the force needed to drag a person, the force to keep the umbrella from bending or not ripping the backpack it was strapped to, the fact that the guy keeps walking and drags her, that he never falls down because of the change in momentum. OK. Another physics-related one, where a heavy flying (thrown) object reacts as a paper plane, flying in a slow-mo that even Snyder would be envious of, and people having time to react to said object by dodging/deviating its trajectory and such. For the laughs, ofc. Again, its an important scene because it influences the FL's future. Or a "normal" one where our main group tries going somewhere but all kinds of obstacles keep getting in the way, or people physically stopping her to talk. Like I said, all the sh***y tropes that make this drama "innovative and new".
The characters. Or more exactly the inconsistency of it. From the annoying FL, to the kind-hearted dumb friend. Sorry, aloof friend. The air-headed ML that suddenly becomes very insightful in the last 3-4 episodes... Yeah, no. You won't care about anyone. Or shouldn't.
The acting. Well, the dialogue is sht, so that didn't help, but the acting also wasn't great. The casting used B-list (maybe) actors. Or at least it felt like it. There was no "natural" chemistry. Most "acting" was bland or it even felt fake. Yes, we get a couple of nice scenes, but just a couple?? Also a fun fact (for me anyway) that made me chuckle: the actress in the wheelchair, moving her hips and legs. Yeah, she's cute and her general acting wasn't bad, but also showing that she didn't care THAT much about immersion :))))))) Oh, another "funny" thing for me. In the episode 14 (question mark? I might've been the end of the 13th one, dunno, don't care enough to check) a new character gets together with the group. I was thinking that you might swap the males around and it would feel the same drama. Again, amazing casting :)))
To sum all this up: sht script, with sht dialogue, story full of plot holes and contrivances one after another, after another, after another, after another, so that the story happens in the only way the author intends it to. And I'm not exaggerating or something, having "bad luck" 6 times in a row? Wtf?? Can't you write a better scene?
Ok, the drama also has some nice things. Like.. uh... sometimes is trying setting up some stuff that pays-off in a decent matter. Example: the ML makes a joke about a name and why it would be funny, and that exact situation does indeed happens. yes, there are a couple (maybe even a lot) of stuff like that, so tis not bad from start to finish. Another thing: the FL acts decent enough at times. Another one, Some of the supporting cast were more than good actors/actresses, also with a sliver of shadows of a character development. There. Some positive things. Who are we kidding? Dropping a pinch of salt in a bowl of sht and calling it decent? :)))
FFS! I failed at keeping it simple... You must understand, its a drama with episodes of 30ish minutes. Even watching at 2x speed, it still wouldn't end fast enough. It gets a rating of 3. The high note is for the audio and those aforementioned decent supporting cast. Low production drama about stuff, trying to be something else and failing at everything. Entertainment value? Maybe, if you like that kind of comedy, I don't judge... Re-watching value? Not really, not even by the ones that praise it. After the hype will be gone, they'll forget all about it, until they see the title by mistake and go "Oh, yeah, I've watched that, I liked it. I hope it gets a new season". And forgetting about it, again.
Anyway, thats all I've got for today. Have a lovely evening.

Interesting twists on rom com - lots of promises but pathetically disappointing messages
==== WRITTEN AT THE ENDWow what a waste of time. It had potential, trying to make young people's world visible, shatter some preconceived notions and stereotypes, and promote inclusiveness and the environment.
And ended up as a bunch of smart educated kids NOT taking the embezzlement files to the police, suing the university, calling the media, or whatever, etc, to end the crime there.
So the final message is that these people are just helpless kids kinda exploring some adult things but really clueless.
So that is why this was sponsored by Ministry of Culture or whatever it said at the start of the drama? That is how you brainwash the kids into complacency?
Disappointingly pathetic.
==== WRITTEN AFTER EP 8
This drama is generally cute college drama, but ... with some twists... i wonder what this drama is really trying to accomplish... It is using some unexpected twists to shock the audience...
For the first time ever, the typical asian drama plot is reversed - now the man is all heart no brains, and the woman is smart and frozen cold rather cruel. The exact opposite of a typical kdrama, which creates 100% of th plot by having FL do stupid stuff and ML save her.
I am also glad we get to see real women. Not some skinny chicks in mini skirts, like Jenny. Korean actors and actresses seems like are forced to be super thin and that is horrifying. That was fashionable in the West in 1960s... Now, what is fashionable is MUSCLES. And that is a lot healthier too.
I like that this kdrama addresses the topic of "good looking men" and how the looks are passing and not everything, and how many good looking become addicted to attention, fall and become entitled ppl, players, etc... That is a cool attempt to introduce certain equality between genders and to educate youngsters about years ahead and what really matters.
Also, FL is a comp sci major - how great. I am so glad someone is promoting engineering and comp sci, smart women, female engineers, etc. That is so cool.
This show also promotes LGBT.... which is promoted a lot lately, generally, there are so many gay romance kdramas now.... so ok, young people probably need to figure things out these days as the global overpopulation and no need for kids makes LGBT acceptable and actually ... desirable... :) but also clashes with the S Korea being the lowest with birth rate and Korean government and kdramas promoting having babies...
Then we have statements about no environmentally friendly golf courses and hotels... not using plastic straws and bottles... recycling.... Nature... Sure, I am on that...
but.... while ML is figuring that out, ML is wearing a necklace with a catholic cross... and a tank top with the Jesus crown of thorns.. Heck what was THAT??? So many gays in catholic church killing two birds with one stone...?
Then we have party crowd going in cars to some hotel in Nature... ????
Surprisingly LGBT community, at last in the USA, is actually rather wealthy and SUPER CONSERVATIVE and would NOT support green, organic, natural, saving environment, no golf courses and hotels.... They mostly vote Republican... and have taken over the entertainment, fashion, and many other areas of business and wealth and influence...
Then, what is the purpose of that sex toy at the end. It was rather ... cheap humor. I was wondering why that was introduced? Why does th audience need to see that? To shock or tickle the audience? Really? To make this drama so americanized, to have it based on shocking the audience with cheap trashy sexualization? Heck no. I dont watch anything western because of such lack of content and covering up the brainless trashiness by cheap tricks.
If this moment was going to be used to discuss the prevalent use of pornography in the last generations in the West - and perhaps that is a good thing against overpopulation? LOL but it is a bad thing for egotism..... - well those scenes did not have to last like ... 20 mins total? Why make such a big fuss about it?
because that wasted time and cheap meaningless content, I gave a low rating and got totally put off.
Some dramas like Bon Apettit Your Majesty created lots of plot just by showing food... Saves the script writer from having to think about CONTENT...
and I totaly dislike it when th content is thrown out th window
Also, I am very suspicious at this point... it seems as yet another attempt to americanize the Koreans and to cater to american audience and make them watch this and pay $$$$$ for th drama. Exactly the holywood/disney trick - put as much sex and violence and wild car chases as you can, the most lewd and explicit kind, and it will definitely make the movie/series very popular... HECK NO... I am quitting if kdramas become westernized. There is absolutely nothing worth watching in the west, and if Kdramas lose their creative CONTENT then bye bye kdramas too.
So I am not sure where this is going - is it saying - we are hip? is it saying - hey this is fun look at me? is it saying - we are sooo totally westernized, watch us, we are the same?
I dont know. But what I do know is that there is no reason to ruin a perfectly fun great drama with TRASH. No you are not cool when you show sex toys and sex in a drama. It is not cool. It is just trashy westernization.
The ONLY advantage that a kdrama has over a western piece is that a kdrama is creative, based on unique story and characters, has CONTENT, has CHARACTER GROWTH, solves problems in meaningful and warm ways, and promotes sane healthy living lifestyle.
So if a kdrama throws that out, ... there is no reason to watch it :) it becomes the same old western trash.
Kdramas now show ppl drinking whiskey, sleeping in beds, eating bread and pasta, drinking coffee, taking LOTS o sleeping pills, there are Catholic churches and crosses everywhere, like in every single drama... I dont get to see Buddhist scenes in the dramas anymore!!!!
So what is going on here, really.... ???
I will probably finish watching this on some rainy cold day like today but will fast forward through scenes that have zero content.
====
One more comment: I liked those Pilates machines and ML seems to have strong legs, so how come his shoulders and arms are so skinny?
I suspect that ML actor is some kind of fun loving party dude in real life, he is so enthusiastic and natural in those scenes, and very contrived fake in scenes where he is dumb and bland..... I wonder why he took this role.

IMO the rating is too low
I'm writing my first review because I almost gave up on this drama looking at the ratings. It's not perfection, but it's very fun and it fits the description. I would recommend it to younger audience if you like fast-paced drama with a lot of flashback scenes (to me, this was something new and exciting to watch).
The friendship between the girls is very cute and loving and relationship between main leads really healthy (with some misunderstandings but they deal with it right away). ML is a green forest, in the beginning he looks and acts like a dummy which he's not (I promise!!). He's actually very mature and deals with problems in relationship ASAP and doesn't leave room for fights.
Overall, I enjoyed watching it and I just wanted to give my review so you don't get discouraged to watch it (like I almost did).

Just kissing with a messy plot
This whole show was an entertaining hot mess. Not entertaining in the sense of "oh the plot is messy but interesting", but more so in the sense that there is no linear plot, characters are 1 dimensional and the trainwreck that is the script trying to be woke makes it entertaining.Long story short, the only thing you think while watching is WTF????

Unexpected humour and gets better with each episode (Perfect Rom-Com)
[Ep 1 to Ep 8 Review]It is not a typical Rom-Com kdrama. As this drama is on OTT platforms and M21, the director can portray sensitive topics in a more raw form, making it refreshing. As an Asian, I appreciate the dare to explore topics that can be taboo in my culture. They manage to talk about it in a non-serious manner, not belittling the topics, and bringing light to it in a delicate manner that would be acceptable in the Asian culture.
The story gets really interesting and funny from episode 4 onwards (It got more interesting, especially when there was more screen time given the the ML with the FL). I rewatched several parts, even the flying **** part, which some say is a cheap thrill (at least the person earlier who gave the review), but I think my humor is different, as I kept laughing so loudly, making me regret eating while watching the drama.
It is also refreshing for K-dramas to explore how looks can be superficial and not lasting, and portrayed through a pretty ML. It was nice to see how naive instead of arrogant, which most would expect from a good-looking looking popular ML. The FL is strong and intelligent, and she will be part of his character growth -- instead of the typical male saves the girl type of show. Although FL is a smart nerd, I am glad they also showed her to be like anyone else who has sexual desires. This is just so real!
The FL and ML acted so well! They were funny and yet made the characters believable. The characters of the FL and ML are flawed but have good hearts. It is nice to see characters that aren't perfect yet likable.
To me, it is one of the best Rom-com dramas (so far ... as I have watched up to ep 8). I love how the FL is so strong and how silly the ML is. I am not sure why the earlier reviewer says it is Westernised. Who makes us a judge of styles to say it is Westernised or 'Asianised'? It felt very youthful and fresh. Finally, a drama that breaks out of the box and yet funny at the same time -- a very risky script. It feels like a new Gen type of storytelling, and not because it is Westernised.
This is a drama I can rewatch when I need a good laugh. Life is already so tough ... it will be nice to just be a little less serious.
[After Completing ALL Episodes]
Wow! So many unexpected stories that break the conventions, yet are realistic. There were moments I did not expect to laugh. The acting was good. I couldn't give it a full 10 for rewatch value, as there were some parts I did not find interesting. I would rewatch but fast forward to the parts I like. The LAST FOUR episodes were really GOOD -- no parts did I want to fast forward. I am usually an impatient viewer, so I normally fast-forward almost any drama, no matter how good. However, the last 4 episodes were perfect. This is really a very good feel-good drama that is interesting and funny. My guilty pleasure is to see the many kissing scenes -- from serious to sweet ones. Also, the character growth for most of the characters was satisfying.

A Mess
First 6 episodes were terrible and I was watching in 2x just to not be bored out of my mind. Then episodes 7 - 13 were actually interesting and I started to enjoy it and then the last 3 episodes were boring with the ending being awful. How am I supposed to rate this?FL is a computer science student and looks at everything in her life like a computer looks at problems and solutions. She tries to use logic, data and statistics for everything. The university decides to merge 2 departments in the university which leads to some of the students including FL's friend to protest against this. Due to the merger, the ML joins their group for a competition to develop an app. Upto this point in the story, I was bored because it took too many episodes to reach arrive at this juncture. On top of it they had to involve a dildo flying through the classroom scene. Funny for some, didn't appeal to me.
FL has a 3rd friend who has an interesting plotline with her neighbour across her window. She has a crush on him but presumes he's gay. That development was fun. Then the FL and ML start getting closer so this was great too. He comes off as dumb but extremely popular but his charm is that he's actually a nice guy and pays attention to what the FL jabbers off. And she starts to develop feelings for him. Good point in the story. Her other friend is a lesbian and dating a clingy toxic woman meanwhile a disabled student in a wheelchair starts hitting on her. Again an interesting point in the story.
The final episodes introduce a new man from FL's past which was an annoying plot point. Unneeded in my opinion but I suppose they were trying to show (and failed) the FL's character development? Or maybe it was to throw us off. And then the friends all suddenly start fighting and the final episodes revolve around a few students still fighting the school administration while the app competition is being held and live streamed. The story ends on a cliffhanger without any conclusion as to what happens to the students rioting.
I'm really not sure what I am supposed to make of this? Is there going to be a second season? I hope not. I won't be watching.
If the good episodes were a 9 and the rest of the episodes were a 2, plus the non-ending - 5 is what I can award this show . Maths!

Python Romance
First, am not really into youth dramas, but this got me hooked because of that steamy scene in ep. 3. TBH, this has a great potential. The storyline was just too lacking. The writer could have given the leads and supporting characters more story into it rather than wasting most of the time on the school politics.First time to watch the entire cast in a drama. ML has a great potential for more hot lead roles. FL was just okay. But, totally impressed on memorizing those narrative lines she delivered for her role. Romance and chemistry was there, but definitely lacking. I was looking forward for more steamy romance from the leads, but, that's it....it just stayed as an illusion and a dream. I also shipped the romance between Na Rae and that hot blond bi guy. Sadly, they didn't give it a chance to elevate the relationship further. And yeah, why don't I see that hot blonde's name in the cast? as for their les friend Dong Won, I'm not really into her story but she's a cool friend I must say.
I had a few laughs in this drama. I enjoyed the jealousy meter of ML in ep. 14. Am glad there was a bit of character development for ML's Manager towards the finale. Yes, there was a bit drag here and there that made me skip some scenes too. Overall, it was an okay drama for me. Not that good and not that bad either. The ending just gave this drama a total downfall. It's a 7.0 for me.

Love.exe: Tried, Finished, Won’t Rewatch
Love.exe is a K-drama that feels very modern for today’s standards. It includes LGBTQ+ representation, characters with disabilities, and themes of rebellion and social change. The school itself is quite unconventional, with different classes focused on modeling, programming, and science, and the students have a very alternative vibe.None of these elements were shocking or problematic to me. In fact, the cast was one of the stronger points of the drama. I genuinely liked both the male and female leads, and the acting was solid overall. The episodes themselves are not bad, and I did make the effort to watch the entire series.
However, the main issue lies in the story. The plot feels weak, and the last episodes, in particular, are confusing and poorly structured. The decision to end the story with a school revolution felt strange and lacked proper buildup or logic. While this may be connected to the title "Love.exe - The 4th Love Revolution", it still did not feel satisfying or well explained.
I can see how this drama might appeal more to a younger audience, especially those born after the 2000s, who may connect more with its themes and style. As a millennial, however, it did not resonate with me. It is quite different from the type of K-dramas I usually enjoy, and unfortunately, it failed to fully engage me.
Would I watch it again? No.
Final rating: 4/10.

Relatively fresh story (kdrama wise) with unrealistically realistic romance and a bit of humour
Note: (optional)1. I don't look for logic and realism in kdramas (like ever)
2. My taste for humour is not gonna resonate with many people (i am also of engineering background)
3. I watch shows i enjoy and I don't overthink stuff... if I don't like it , i simply stop watching it (instead of hate watching till the end and writing shitty reviews about it)
4. I think reviews should intrigue people to either start a drama or skip it WITHOUT going over every minute bit of things you loved/hate
5. This is my first review I have written ( after seeing other reviews I was quite disappointed, I had to write one for those who are of similar taste as me)...
This show was a breath of fresh air compared to other kdramas i watched in 2025. I really enjoyed the subtle humour in dialogues. I really liked the romantic scenes however little they were. I did fast forward over some things i didnt like, but this show was one where it was minimal for me.

A Drama with Some Great Scenes... But Not Overall
Like I wrote in the title, the drama had its good and bad parts. Quite a few of the scenes were surprisingly mature, which I actually prefer especially since most dramas featuring young adults is always inaccurately portrayed. I appreciated their openness to addressing some topics seen as "taboo" like queer relationships and sexual curiosity. The editing is quite subpar, giving low budget, but I was able to get used to the style within five or so episodes. The main couple was cute but because they didn't really have any angst it wasn't as heart-fluttering when they got together. I'm surprised I actually managed to finish it.
That ending was probably the worst ending of 2025 though hahaha
