At first, I didn't know if I wanted to start this kdrama or not and thought "i don't think it's gonna be good" When I found myself with nothing to watch, I decided to start Dynamite Kiss THINKJNG it would be something I could watch to pass time... but nope. it ended up being one of my FAVOURITE kdramas!! I loved every single thing about this drama! From the plot, to the characters, every SINGLE thing. I also felt the chemistry between the leads which made it 100x better!! The male lead was so cute, he honestly reminded me of the male lead in lovely runner!! They gave off the same vibes... fools in loveTHEREFORE, since I enjoyed this drama sooo much, I think the person reading this will too!! GO WATCH IT RIGHT NOW!!!!!

Casting is "fine" but the writing is INSUFFERABLE!
The writer wants the "cute love" drama but is too afraid to make the leads look like "bad people" or move it to the mature "forbidden love" category. An inauthentic "fantasy. "The male lead is someone who has experienced the outcome of an unfaithful relationship first hand. He witnessed what that did to his mother and yet he crosses the line with the female lead several time even after he sees that the two are in an amicicable relationship and she has a son of her own (plus he is also in a "relationship"). This is lazy writing, even if it is an all consuming love why do they try to cover it all up with her innocence and whatnot. Either make it an homest relationship or an unfaithful one, this is just a baseless fantasy by the creator. Even if they justify it over the next episodes, the severe unfaithful and dishonest behavior from both the leads is so cringe and inexcusable. I'm dropping this brainrot! However you try to package it, a s**t plot will be sh**t. The least they could have done is show them like the hypocritical dishonest characters they are.

I LOVE THIS DRAMAAAA (if u ignore 13 and 14)
honestly I enjoy this because I think cheesy corny dramas and honestly it took FL and ML a little too long to figure out that FL wasn’t actually married with a kid, and honestly I am SOOOOOO upset with how 2ML is just everywhere like omgggg she don’t want youuu… but whatever. and also the OST is so good because I unironically listen to face to face, it’s really that good. So if u like cheesy typical dramas this is definitely the one to go tooUPDATE: I’m really disappointed, I hyped this drama up before it ended and it all crashed and burnt on me. If we ignore the last two episodes the kdrama was amazing, and we all agree it should’ve ended with only 12 episodes, so why go for 14 and have an unnecessary amnesia plot…? but it’s alright, 9.0 only because it feels wrong it give it any lower because I genuinely enjoyed the show, just not 13 and 14 so much.

Drawn in just to be annoyed
I guess I was a little late to the party because I'm watching this show now. After all the hype I thought, why not.The first two episodes got me, I won't lie. Its been a while since I watched a Korean drama where romance was the key feature. Most shows nowadays have an element of all genres ( which I find tiring, especially for people like me who are nostalgic about the old, kdramas)
Anyway, thats as good as it got! From then on it is a steady downward stream.
In the beginning the female lead was all sunshine and rainbows, refusing to bow to her situation and not letting them steal her joy.
My take is, once she left Jeju it was over for her. She was turned into a character that is always concerned about what a man thought of her. Despite being treated over and over like a cloth one didn't want, she kept on wondering if she disappointed the Male lead. That was the limit of what i could stomach.
Moving on to the male lead. Please guys help me understand when being mistreated, being hurt, being made to feel like one has to beg for a seat at the table is atttactive!!???
Where did we start glorifying torture?
The Male lead after learning that he was lied to goes between hot and cold so easily and so fast it can actually make you the viewers, think you are crazy for being triggered.
In short, this was a drama that had promise only to end up a statistic of why people end up in abusive relationships.
If you see red flags, RUN!

This is a very beautiful drama episode ?
This drum episode has shown a very beautiful combination from the beginning. The way it ended in the first episode. It was as romantic as it was. The places were also very beautiful. Then slowly episode number three is looking more interesting and then episode number 4 is looking more beautiful. The last scene that is shown was even more wonderful, it looks even more beautiful in my mind.I think the next drum episode will be even better. Best of luck. I'm still waiting to see it.Next episode, you guys sit back and I'm here to review.Sheikh Tuhin 😉Was this review helpful to you?
Dynamite Kiss Plot
Sorry, The worst Korean drama I've ever watched. The plot is terrible, and it's a shame that such great actors had to take on this project. Only episodes 1 and 2 were promising, the rest were boring and weird. I might skip other dramas written by the author in the future. I don't recommend this drama, but if you want to watch it, go ahead. There are still many Korean dramas with the romantic comedy genre that are good to watch, such as Business Proposal and Mr. Plankton. I hope that in the future Jang Kiyoung and Ahn Eun Jin will be more selective in choosing drama scripts. Was this review helpful to you?
But I hate more how work is all loveydovey when in reality all I get is obsessed coworkers who are jealous of me they keep trying to sabotage me and want what I get, but if I point it out I become a complainer with teamwork issues 🤡
I only like the mls personality, his idiotic self that’s still soft hearted
Tho it’s worse that he’s a caring manager as opposed to mine who keeps finding excuses to point out my small mistakes

yes, my favorite!
I love it, very precious, my favorite, it's very exciting, I watched an episode and wanted to watch another one at the same moment, one of the best episodes was the 8th, I made me sweat with emotion hahaha, I would watch it again and again without getting bored, how exciting this is, it fascinates me, I love it.I couldn't sleep from the emotion, the protagonist really made me suffer because he thought that everything she said was true and when she tells him what it really is I feel that she will be disappointed, because he did not tell her many things that his "Partner" did for fear that she would feel bad.
I don't know if he can forgive her after that, but hopefully and yes, she would be sad if they didn't end up together.

Finally a rom-com that made me feel every emotion!
If you don't like lies, misunderstandings and a love triangle, I advise you to watch something else because you'll hate this drama.I haven't seen k-drama like this in months. It made me feel nostalgic. Sympathetic. Angry. Sad. And most and foremost, I felt the envy because Ji Hjeok's love and yearning is simply unreal.
The term: eyes can't lie was heavily implied here.
Ji Hjeok showed me that if a man truly loves a woman, he can do anything for her. Search the whole world in order to find her. That he would support her and stand by her side.
He's a man with a lot of trauma, who despite that knows how to care about the people he loves. Who can shower them with love, and affection.
And Da Rim is a woman failed by her family. When her world already sucked for her, her sister made it shatter by leaving her a huge debt.
She doesn't feel like someone that is worthy of anything. But still, she tries all her best to take care of her mother, and about the bills.
This drama proves that even people without higher education can still work and be useful in society. That people shouldn't put mother's aside just because they have a family and kids.
Lying is not okay. But would you truly not do anything to save yourself and your family? The world is unfair. Sometimes we need to do things that aren't right. But that doesn't mean we won't face the consequences.
Because everything has a price that needs to be paid for. And the bigger the risk is, the higher is the price.

Light Romantic comedy woven into the WEB OF LIES
This drama is basically a romantic comedy. Its not trying to be serious at all and that's why you can enjoy it for what it is.The highlight of the drama for me is the fact that BOTH LEAD CHARACTERS ARE SLIGHTLY GREY AND IMPERFECT as humans. I give the tension and chemistry a 10/10 🔥💣💥
The FL - the FL is a relatable character for a lot of youth in this era of bad job market and sandwiched generation. I like her background story.
Her character will be responsible for most of the SITUATIONAL COMEDY that happens in the drama and how she covers up lies...with more lies will spice up things. I can't bring myself to hate her at all because honesty and self respect has become a luxury to her after many shocks.Despite that, she tries to be nice to people around her.
ML -The ML is someone with childhood trauma and He is petty ya'll. His motivations are understandable since in his head, he is dealing with a morally corrupt individual who is worthy of suing for using decietful means to get close to him and fabricating her identity. If I was in his place, I would have immediately thought that she is con artist who is predatory.
His dilemma is that her actions (mostly nice) don't match with image she has fabricated.
Both of the individuals turn their workplace into a battleground and unwillingly, get closer in the process.
Second leads - cute! They're both cute and I enjoy their screentime.
THEY RUINED THE PACING, STORY AND HE ENDING...EVERYTHING WAS RUSHED AND IT LEFT A BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH

The chemistry between these two is chef’s kiss
*Edit*This show fell apart for me about half way through. The work drama side was really boring. And the chemistry between these two fizzled away. By the end of this drama I left feeling *meh* towards it all. A forgettable show.
*End edit*
I knew going into this putting Jang Ki-yong and Ahn Eun-Jin together you couldn’t go wrong with.
My dearest showcased the depth of Eun-jin ‘s acting skills and solidified her as being one of my favorites.
I first saw Ki-yong in Atypical Family but really fell in love with him in My Roommate Is A Gumiho. His kiss scenes are some of the best I’ve seen.
I rewound several scenes from Dynamite Kiss just for the pure chemistry between these too and to see more of Ki-yong’s perfect kissing. Also, if you’ve never seen him smile…you’re missing out on life.
So far from what I’ve seen I would HIGHLY recommend this drama if you like rom-coms.
