I'm pleasantly surprised!

I started this one with the lowest expectations despite the high ratings or actually because of the high ratings, I thought this one more GMMTV garbage that people were eating up because of the popular ship, but no!! Well actually it is but it's so funny, dumb and stupid on purpose that it earns the high ratings, currently at 9.0 , a bit too high, yes but, most of these dramas are overrrated.

The story is pretty simple, nothing much actually happens and despite having a disgustingly toxic relationship between Aran and Tawan, I enjoyed every second of it. The plot is beyond silly, it's stupid it knows it's stupid and leans hard into the stupidity and it works so well, wonderfully done. I want to dock it at least half a point more because of the annoying sound effects, silly music and again the toxic second couple, but I can't bring myself to do it, it's just so funny and wonderfully entertaining.

Why Am I Laughing at 2AM Like a Hyena?

For a long time, I didn’t laugh that much at any series — and Me and Thee absolutely broke my comedy drought. This show is funny, weird, and cute all at the same time, like it tripped, spilled bubble tea on itself, and somehow made it fashion. Thee is the walking definition of chaos with good intentions. One minute he’s being accidentally adorable, the next he’s making decisions that make you stare at the screen like, “Sir… why.” But that’s exactly why he’s impossible not to love. Peach is the emotional support human we all need. Soft, caring, and somehow always stuck dealing with everyone else’s nonsense. Peach brings balance to the madness, like, “Yes, this situation is ridiculous, but let’s cry gently about it.” Absolute sweetheart energy. Mok is pure deadpan comedy gold. The man looks like he’s constantly done with everyone, yet somehow always involved. Every time Mok appears, you know something sarcastic, awkward, or unexpectedly iconic is about to happen. And Rome? Rome is the calm-but-not-really calm energy. Smooth, charming, and quietly funny, until he suddenly drops a line that makes you laugh way harder than expected. Together, these characters create a beautiful mess of nonsense, heart, and laugh-out-loud moments. Me and Thee doesn’t try to be perfect — it just tries to be itself, and that’s what makes it so ridiculously lovable. In conclusion: weird? Yes. Cute? Absolutely. Funny enough to make you laugh after a long time? 100%. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys chaos, comfort, and characters that feel like your slightly insane friends. 💖🤣

Only 10 Episodes? Criminal. Absolutely Criminal ?

I genuinely don’t understand who decided Me and Thee only needed 10 episodes, because this show was WAY too good to end so soon. It aired for two months and somehow became one of the most satisfying, heart-warming watches ever. I smiled through the entire finale—no exaggeration—my cheeks were literally hurting 😭✨

This drama was soft, cozy, and full of love. Simple, yet beautifully nuanced. Every character felt real and lovable, and the story never relied on unnecessary drama—it just worked. GMMTV truly made a masterpiece here.

Now let’s talk about Khun Thee because HELLO??? This man is not a green flag, he is an entire green forest 🌳💚 His devotion to Peach was pure, gentle, and otherworldly. The way he loved and supported him was everything. And the Lee family?? Supportive, warm, wholesome—watching them felt like a hug.

Pond and Phuwin absolutely nailed their roles. They didn’t just act as Khun Thee and Peach—they became them. I’ve always loved PondPhuwin, but this show single-handedly made them my favorites. I already miss them on screen together 🥲

It was also so good seeing William and Est again after ThamePo. Mok and Rome were charming and fun, and honestly? I wish we got more of them 👀 And Peach’s sister Plub was such a joy—supportive, sweet female characters in BLs are always a blessing ✨

My only real complaint (besides the episode count 💀) was Aran and Tawan. I love Perth and Santa, but their relationship felt unnecessarily toxic and didn’t match the otherwise soft tone of the show.

That aside? Everything was perfection—the cast, the characters, the music, the vibes 💯 My biggest problem is that it ended WAY too fast. I won’t be leaving this show’s dreamland anytime soon.

If you haven’t watched Me and Thee yet… WHAT ARE YOU DOING??? Go watch it. Now. 💚😭

If you need a serotonin boost after a shitty day/week/whatever, this is your show

First and foremost, this is a thai show made by thai people geared towards a thai audience. If you see interfans complaining about it's "cringiness" or their inability to completely get on board or understand certain references, that's why. Now this does not mean you cannot enjoy the show as an interfan, an example being myself.

This show brought me immeasurable joy during the 10 weeks that it aired. The casting was perfect. There are no other actors I could imagine as Thee or Peach or anyone else. Our main couple is almost sickeningly sweet, the progression of their relationship was so beautiful and you could feel their love through the screen, which is everything you'd want in a main couple, so props to Pond and Phuwin for their amazing chemistry and their wonderful acting. You need to turn your brain off and have a little whimsy in your heart to enjoy this show. You can feel the love and effort that went into this project and if you want a serotonin boost after a particularly shitty day, you've found your show.

Now, this show isn't without it’s faults. It suffered during the last two episodes due to the 10 episode cap. A lot of issues could have been expanded on or explained better or written off better if they had more episodes (i found one of the side couples particularly frustrating and pointless but i think it also was a result of the strict cp system) . Due to this the final two episodes felt quite rushed, though I was still happy with our main couple.

All in all, this very quickly became one of my favourite shows gmmtv has ever put out.

gmm(thee)v

this was soooo funny to watch! At first I thought it was another typical story about a mafia boss and a normal guy (I didn't watch the trailer) but I gave it a try and it was the best decision I've ever made:p
The production, the acting, the sound effects were so great! not cringey at all, they were on point! That iconic sound effect "TSAAHHH" they played everytime Khun Thee was feeling happy or in love is now stuck in my head.
I also loved the chemistry between PondPhuwin, they never disappoint! And this was my first time watching WilliamEst and I'm in love with them rn😞 I hope we can see more about RomeMok! Also Bonnie was so adorable and had a great character, love her so much ☹️

BEST COMEDY SHOW OF THE ERA

Oh my.....

I just finished this and I just...

I just...

I'm blank.

I don't believe in perfection, but this series was P E R F E C T I O N <3 And I will tell you why in this essay 😂

Every scene in this show felt so thoughful and important! I had to literally rewatch the episode the moment I finish watching it in worry that I missed something!

The absolute BEST parts:

-How focused it was on the main characters: Now, don't get me wrong, I love all the multicouple shows in Thai BL world. But lately, I feel like some characters and couples are just thrown in there with absolutely too much focus on them, that it takes away from the main couple. I literally had to drop some series because the main couple's storyline suddenly became so unimportant or uninteresting as compared to the second leads. Now this, this series was PERFECTION IN THIS! ABSOLUTE GOLD! Each episode was about THEM! Their own stories were going on (e.g., Peach and his lovely orphanage, Thee's struggles of wanting a normal life like having Mok be his friend rather than his bodyguard), and their worlds were then interwoven so DARN BEAUTIFULLY! They had adult problems going on, and they handled them like adults and I love them for it! The other characters were shown just enough that I FRICKING FELL FOR EACH OF THEM TOO! Like Note being the one to bust Peach and Thee? Puh-lease. Peak comedy. Aran and Tawan's random love-hate relationship? I don't even need to know what happened in their life because I know enough, and I love them (Tawan still a little sus though). MOK AND ROME????? GET THEM A SPIN OFF LIKE YESTERDAY!!! I loved each charcater, because it always somehow came back to Peach and Thee <3

-The plot: Okay, is it just me or was every show starting to have the same storyline? Random action scenes, a killer, and a back-stabbing best friend 😬 I really thought it was going to be one of those when I started this. THANK GOODNESS IT WASN'T! The plot is basically 'how to make a guy fall in love with you in 30 seconds or less,' and the steps include: be a charming gentleman (even if you're in the mafia), become his family by caring for his darn family (or like pretty much adopting them), and follow every comedic or flirty line with the most seriously romantic shit known to mankind. And get him body soap named after his name for extra points. Viola, you're married 🤩 Like.... I didn't even know I needed this kinda plot in my life till I had this plot in my life. Again, I love how it was just 10 episodes of Thee wooing peach, and each character learning about themselves. No extreme drama, no toxicity between the male leads, and goodness, I've replayed episode 4 and 5 on repeat like daily. Mostly for Thee's glasses look, Mok singing, MokRome, and Peach allowing himself to be taken care of for once. It really made me believe that if you love hard enough, everything just falls into place. That's literally what this felt like. And damn, Thee calming down Shohei with his iconic one liner made me scream in glee. Like wth I couldn't even hate the one "evil" guy in this. I hated Wavid more than him (no offence to the actor who played him) 😑

Humour: Like, when I say I haven't laughed this much for a show, I mean it. Even the darn music had me rolling on the floor at 3am. Like....I can't even with it. And the fact that they KEPT UP with it! Like humour wasn't just an add-on only to be thrown under the rug after episode 3 or 4. No, this was a PURE, COMEDIC, GOLD BULLDOZER OF A MASTERPIECE! Best comedy show of the ERA! P.S. the humour of the last 10 minutes of this show needs to be studied. I literally believed for a moment that Mr. Thee bought GMMT(HEE)V 🤣🤣🤣 (Actually had to AI search it like Thee to confirm)

Some more iconic things:
-Comedy? Best I've seen recently.
-Music? Perfection. (Like, finally someone understands how music can make a comedy scene 9000 times funnier!)
-Cinematogrophy? Beautiful.
-Sets: I believed the entire Lee empire exists in real life, ok?
-Casting/Acting? 100000/10.
-Thee's moments of seriousness? I cry.
-Peach's hairflip? Call an ambulance for me.
-Toxic Tawan? Eh. He was still hot.
-Note finding out about Peach and Thee? I literally peed my pants. Don't know why I find this man hilarious in everything he has ever been in.
-Plub being babied and helping her brothers (Rome and Thee included) with their loves? My inner child screamed in glee for her.
-Thee and Peach becoming husbands and dads in one day? Okay, guess I'll die of an emotional overload heart attack!
-Est as bodyguard (with a forbidden love trope)? I didn't know I needed this to live until I saw it.
-Every single person's hair in this. Like, the hairstylists need a raise like yesterday (shoutout to the blue hues in Thee's hair, Mok' comma look, Ms. Nat's iconic headpieces, and Peach's floofy bedhead hair)

Overall, this has been such a perfect blend of maturity and comedy! Peach's backstory, Thee's struggles of wanting to live a normal life. Even the side couple's struggles like Aran trying to leave a toxic relationship, and Mok and Rome's tension between the difference in their roles, everything was done PERFECTLY! We got to explore so many different worlds in this! Every character was hilarious and also made me cry at least once in the show!

I was so sad when I started watching this as it was airing cause waiting for every Saturday was a pain, but we got through it! I wish I recorded my reactions every episode because dang, they were loaded! Now I'm sad that I don't have this to look forward to on my Saturdays 😢

Now I'm just waiting to buy an Arseni perfume. And waiting to see what this new GMMT(HEE)V owner has to offer 🤔

P.S. Episode 5 when Peach is just listening to Thee's nonsense confirmed it's PeachThee ok?

So good!! Worth watching

I rarely write reviews but I had to on this one. This is hands down one of the best GMMTV series I've seen.❤️ I didn't know that I was going to laugh as much as I did. They did really good on the casting too.
I loved the ending. Thee adopting the kids were so cute. I had a feeling he was going to. I'm so glad that Mok and Rome got their happy ending as well.
Thee buying GMMTV and calling it GMM Thee V. 😭😭 Then random GMMTV artists showing up acting like fans of Thee. Love it!
I'll definitely be rewatching it again in the future.

not just romance - it’s about connection, choices, and finding your person.

What makes Me and Thee really entertaining is the contrast between its two main characters, Peach and Thee, and how their completely different worlds collide after their first chaotic encounter. Peach is a photographer who feels grounded in real life, practical, observant, and very in tune with people and everyday struggles. He’s not polished or overly serious—he feels human, someone who understands real emotions and real situations, even when things get messy.

Thee, on the other hand, is the total opposite. He’s a wealthy businessman who is completely disconnected from everyday reality, especially when it comes to money, normal life struggles, and social awareness. His personality is exaggerated in a comedic way at first - he’s almost like someone living in a different world shaped by luxury, habits, and even fantasy-like thinking influenced by lakorns. That disconnect is exactly what makes his character so funny but also interesting, because underneath the comedy, you can tell he doesn’t actually understand people or real-life value in a grounded way.

The dynamic between Peach and Thee is where the story really comes alive. Peach essentially becomes an unwilling life coach, constantly pulling Thee back into reality and forcing him to face things he’s never had to think about before. What’s fun is that this isn’t just a one-sided “teaching” relationship—Peach also gets pulled into Thee’s world in unexpected ways, leading to moments where both of them start learning from each other.

As the story progresses, Thee’s character slowly shifts from being purely out-of-touch and comedic to someone who begins to understand responsibility, awareness, and emotional depth. Meanwhile, Peach also becomes more emotionally involved than he initially expects, which adds warmth and chemistry to their interactions.

Overall, Me and Thee works because of its strong character contrast, comedic misunderstanding of reality, and the gradual emotional growth that comes from two completely different people being forced into each other’s lives.

I thought a lot about what rating to give it and I decided to give it this rating. I love the overall idea and I love the cast even more. It was well-crafted, but I was kind of bored at times. Yeah, I laughed, I was blown away by them, but there were really moments when I thought I was a little bored. I'm sorry, because there was such a hype around it that I was hoping to keep it at the 10/10 I gave it after episode 3, but in the end I lowered it by two points. I think even the 10 episodes are perfect.

I wouldn't make it any longer or shorter, it's just right. I definitely recommend the series because it's ideal for, for example, beating boredom or getting to know the characters.

(But I would probably appreciate the romemok ship more, because they only appeared there a few times and it's a shame, it could have been revived somehow)

Suprisingly good

I didn't go into watching this with too many expectations, since based on the trailer I got the idea that it is a romantic comedy with the whole mafia thing being just a side plot. But it was fun, even if you knew from episode one that Thee 's character is purposefully meant to appear as out touch from reality kind of a mafia/perfume company boss. I expected a lot of the humor to feel forced, but I genuinely had quite many good laughs while watching this. There was actually some growth with Thee's and Peach's character individually and as a couple. Maybe a small critique is that the story relies very heavily on Thee's character development and Peach's role a lot of times was just to support it.

The side characters were also quite enjoyable and for once we actually had in the end both parents supporting the relationship. I am bit over almost that in every BL we get at least one of the parents causing some kinds of issues, just to get something to fill out otherwise a thin story line. Thee's mom is a character (diva) of her own but I liked her a lot. And yes I am in the majority of ppl who wanted more of Rome and Mok. Fingers crossed something else with the duo will come, because after everything Mok had to do to help his boss, he deserves a happy ending.

Overall the characters carry the show trough, the plot lines are pretty predictable and aside from few scenes, this isn't a very serious mafia show. There was luckily enough plot to carry the show trough, I am happy they went with 10 episodes. If Rome and Mok as the second couple would have had more screen time, then I could have taken another episode.

In the end is this revolutionary in terms Thai BL's: heavens no!
Did it offer me surprisingly lot of joy: yes!
Would I re-watch it: maybe one more time. Not still a show I would say has a ton of re-watch value.

The best GMMTV BL in a while

I've been excited for Me & Thee ever since the pilot trailer came out because PondPhuwin are my favorite gmmtv bl couple but this series surpassed my expectations. I knew they would kill the comedy aspect and have been wanting them to have another comedy series ever since FUTS, but I never expected this series to make me cry. Peach & Plub's sibling relationship was so well written and Phuwin & Bonnie need to always play siblings idc. The only reason I didn't give this series a 10 is because of Tawan & Aran. Tawan was SO TOXIC and Aran deserved better, I love perthsanta but Tawan pissed me off so much.

So excited for the special eps and really need to see more of Thee & Plub plotting and annoying the hell out of Peach because they are truly the best trio ever (also maybe we could give Plub a girlfriend played by Emi...perhaps)

I Lowered My Expectations… and They Proved Me Wrong

This might be my most unexpected favorite series of 2025. I guess I need to update my “Best of 2025” list because this one just claimed a spot. 😭

I’ve been following PondPhuwin for so long I can’t even remember when it started. Historically, their series either disappointed me or didn’t fully meet my expectations. That’s why I went into this one with my expectations set extremely low. But… it was actually really good.

I think this might be my most favorite PondPhuwin series so far. To me, Thee feels like a reincarnated version of Mhok (Fish Upon the Sky), but with a massive upgrade in every possible way.

So thank you to GMMTV for giving them this opportunity. And while we’re at it, I’m still hoping JoongDunk also gets another strong project. They deserve a series that truly showcases their potential as well.
