REALLY strong start but didn’t keep Momentum!

so I’m sad to say I am a little disappointed with how the show ended up turning out to be. I feel there were great bones to the storyline and I feel like the time wasn’t used well to flesh out these parts.

something the show brought that we never see again is Peach’s trauma with his father that is something we start to see but not again.
the proposed danger that Thee is in but there is never any real threat.

I also fear the worst offense was how they utilized their side characters, perthsanta storyline could have been so perfect if they left it at episode 8 broken up but to continue into ep 9 with Aran doing a complete unprompted switch to save Tawan after the fight was odd considering there was no apology or change of actions to show Aran that tawan was better or changed so it felt thrown in there to just give them an ending and GMMTV needs to let characters break up and not be end game it’s okay I’m sure most ppl would of appreciated the realism of moving on from a toxic relationship. they could of had tawan try to make amends with peach and thee on his own once he lost everything and peach could have then forgiven him and tell thee to chill which leads to a possible make up with Aran but they just gave it to tawan without any work.

Mok and Rome feel like it could be a spin off maybe but also if that’s the end of the story we see it also was a under utilization of characters that could of brought a lot to the plot.

I think part of why the story lost momentum was that there weren’t any growth steps like yes that one director who had a issue with peach was a good step but that was resolved in one episode and after that we don’t really see any other issues of note for the couple so it goes a bit downhill considering we don’t get much mafia things actually happening.

still love Pond Phuwin but I can’t say this is a favorite from them but visually this is the best they have ever looked aging like fine wine whole cast is visuals! I think if there was a deeper care to writing a well fleshed out story for them it could have been a 10 but it’s good for laughs

a fun drama where every chracter peaked. its the kind of show that can absolutely make your day. waiting every week for this show was so worth it, it literally made saturdays so fun cause you know you are going to get another masterpiece that you cannot watch without smiling, i swear my facial muscles were in real strain because of this show.

this is not a typical drama, its filled with second hand emarassment and is a complete meme material. in my opinion, its a big hit because its like that, a lot cringey and funny, not something that you generally expect when you start watching a show that too in a mafia setting, also the actors really did a great work, especially pond naravit, who brought khun thee to life. the acting was really good and done without any visible inhibition. loved it!

in conclusion, its a show that you can definately watch when you are down to feel good, its every episode is an absolute masterpiece. one thing is that you cannot be bored with it, and if you are watching it for the first time, its full of surprises, things that you cannot even think of doing of are done by them in the show, its unpredictable, you'll be screaming at the screen telling the characters not to do something and thats what they'll do. but its definately worth watching.

Great Rom com with so many funny bits and great chemistry

If you’re looking for a great Rom com with wonderfully funny scenes and well rounded and complex characters that melt your heart then look no further.

The story opens when an introverted freelance photographer (Peach played by Phuwin) inadvertently stops a model (Aran played by Santa) from being accosted and dragged off to be an unwilling bed partner by a lonely, entitled, ultra rich mafia boss/ CEO of a perfume company (Thee, played by Pond) who thinks by throwing obscene amounts of money around he can do exactly as he pleases but Peach is having none of it. They have quite a heated argument in the underground car park that Peach escapes to with Aran and Thee’s interest is immediately piqued as no one has ever stood up to him before. After this clash nothing will ever be the same again as the pair slowly but surely learn to be what the other needs whilst changing and growing together to become the best version of themselves.

Along the way we also meet Mok (played by EST) Thee’s long time friend and ever patient bodyguard who is the king of the subtle eye roll, mental head slap and understated, exasperated sigh. Tawan a well known singer and model with a troubled relationship with Aran (played by Perth who’s worked opposite Santa before) and Plub, Peach’s younger sister (played by Bonnie) as well as two well known stars from back in the day.

The final scenes show Thee and Peach as they walk through the GMMTV building (that Thee decides to buy) where they meet several well known GMMTV actors including William, Book, Force and Tu Tontawan and GMMTV’s actual CEO which is a cute ending and playful ending to a great story.

With emphasis on humour at the outset, even when things go wrong or the plot turns serious we are often treated to wonderfully silly or subtly playful scenes that leave the audience sniggering. For example Peach insists the rigid, uptight Thee wears his sister’s ridiculously vibrant slippers upon entering his home so he stands looking like a rabbit in the headlights wearing a dark, immaculate suit with pink puffballs on his feet.

The acting is incredible, the scenes where Thee and Peach initially clash are wonderful and so so funny and because these actors work together so flawlessly it brings out the A game in the rest of the cast.

The locations and buildings used are jaw dropping- I need to go to the resort where Thee somewhat successfully tries to woo Peach, even though I wouldn’t want the flag twirlers to turn up!

Would I watch this again? Absolutely!

Sweetly exaggerated, and beautifully romantic.

A drama that hardly needs any comments.
Fun, spontaneous, simple, sweetly exaggerated, and beautifully romantic.

I loved the characters, the way the story was built, the cast’s performances, as well as the script and direction.

It is made for those who are looking for pure enjoyment in a BL story that is, at the very least, truly distinctive.

I wholeheartedly recommend it.

I loved it.

An upbeat drama to watch when need laughter in your day

I just finished watching this drama and wanted to share my thoughts.
At first, I had to check MDL to confirm the genre because I wasn't sure if it was meant to be a comedy or if it just had a bad script. Thankfully, it is a comedy!

The series is incredibly over-the-top with everything. For instance, I couldn't stop laughing at the bathtub placed in a shallow wading pool in the first episode. The dynamic between the characters is also entertaining; Peach acts as the voice of common sense, while Thee is an unoriginal "drama king."

Overall, it’s a great show if you need a happy pick-me-up, though I likely wouldn't add it to my re-watch list.
I’d give it a personal rating of 7/10.
While the pairing was good, I felt the intimate connection fell a bit short as they got closer, perhaps due to the rom-com format.

My favorite part was the final episode where Pond sings; his vocals are beautiful. I’ve actually been looking up his and Phuwin’s music on YouTube to add to my playlist.

Goofy Love Story

Man I wish this drama was longer!! I loved every second, every episode of this drama. I thought it was going to be more of a serious drama with the whole mafia family aspect but it truly was just a goofy love story and I loved it just as much.

PondPhuwin does it again! Their chemistry is unmatched, I swear with every new drama they just keep getting better and better. The yearning in this was so good, I loved just how in LOVE with Peach Thee was it was so perfect. The way they balanced each other so perfectly was *chefs kiss* Peach continuously bringing Kian back down to earth and Thee providing that safety and security Peach always needed was soooo good.

Side couple time, I am biased as the biggest PerthSanta fan that the fact that they were in this drama just added points for me, and of course WilliamEst kills it again!! Both side pairings already have so much chemistry it was just the perfect casting. I do however wish that both couples got more screen time cause we never really got to fully delve into their stories and relationships. All the more reason to hope for a second season.

This drama had be giggling and straight up laughing out loud every episode. They are all so cute but like Pond is so funny in this, the fact that everyone said that he just plays himself I just love that so much cause Kian was just so sweet I literally made only 1 note while watching and it was "I love Pond so much and his goofy, dorky smitteness like ughhhh Khun Thee GREEN Flag"

I love that this truly was just like a fun fluffy love story, there wasn't any major conflicts, I wasn't stressed through episodes waiting for them to resolve. Just so so good I will definitely be rewatching!

Rich, Cringe, and Charming

Me and Thee is one of those projects where I can confidently say I liked it as a whole, even if it knew exactly what kind of chaos it wanted to be. It is the perfect mix of too much and a little too much, wrapped into one very self aware package.

Cringe? Yes.
Funny? Definitely.
Lovable? Somehow, yes.
Rich? Extremely.

To be fair, the only PondPhuwin project I have watched before this was We Are, so most of my comparisons naturally come from there. And compared to that, Me and Thee feels lighter, louder, and far less serious. The plot itself is nothing new. Pond’s character is rich in money, Phuwin’s character is rich in love, mainly coming from his sister. You already know the dynamic going in, and surprisingly, you do not really mind it as the episodes go by.

The only thing that really made me roll my eyes was the mafia angle. Once again, a “rich family with mafia ties” storyline was introduced and handled in the most predictable way possible. If they truly want to push that kind of backstory, then they really need to study how it is done properly. At this point, the mafia element felt more like decoration than an actual threat or narrative driver.

That said, Pond looked like he genuinely enjoyed this project. He felt more relaxed here than in We Are, more smiley, more playful, and that energy carried through the screen. His reactions whenever Phuwin goes full lovey dovey were genuinely funny, and I can see why viewers gravitated toward that. Phuwin, on the other hand, remains a solid actor. He has consistently strong moments, and his chemistry with Pond is undeniably natural. They balance each other well, and that chemistry is one of the drama’s strongest points.

If you break the drama down to its core, it is about a rich, awkward, slightly cringey businessman who believes money can move mountains (which I think Khun Thee does, because he tried to move Peach's house, pun intended), yes Khun Thee really does live up to his name, falling for a photographer fresh out of a breakup. And honestly, that concept alone already ticks most of the boxes. That is the show. Everything else feels secondary.

However, I do think the production company still struggles with writing something that is both entertaining and cohesive. This is not a new issue, and you can see traces of it in their previous projects as well. The ideas are there, but the execution often feels messy.

WilliamEst deserves a mention too. They were fun to watch, and it was refreshing to see a different side of Est after ThamePo. William’s yearning expressions alone could convince anyone, so it is no surprise Mok gave in. Performance wise, they were good, with moments that really stood out, similar to Phuwin.

At its heart, Me and Thee is a comedic disaster in the best way possible. You laugh at Khun Thee owning GMMTheeV. You laugh at his innocence, his stupidity at times, and how ridiculously lovesick he becomes. You laugh simply because he exists. That is what carried the drama. Everything else followed after.

This is another GMMTV drama that people will either find entertaining, just okay, or completely unwatchable. I fall into the entertained category. It is not perfect, and seriously, stop adding mafia plots if you are not going to commit to them. But the fluff and the cringe overshadow most of its flaws. Still, I hope future projects give PondPhuwin more substance because they are good actors who deserve better material. Underutilized, yes, but in this case, I was entertained.

Review: "Me and Thee" – A Balance of Emotion and Untapped Potential

I don’t claim to be a professional TV critic, but after finishing "Me and Thee", I felt compelled to share my thoughts on this Thai series, which left me with a mix of admiration and a few "what ifs."

Overall, the series is truly beautiful. The first round of applause must go to the cast: Pond and Phuwin have shown incredible artistic growth. Their ability to fully embody their characters made every emotion feel tangible. In particular, Phuwin’s portrayal of Peach’s past was so poignant that it moved me to tears on several occasions.
The narrative pacing was also a pleasant surprise. The story doesn’t feel rushed; it allows events the necessary time to unfold naturally, which is not always a given in these productions. Furthermore, the comedic touch brought by Thee (Pond) is a breath of fresh air, keeping the plot from feeling monotonous or repetitive.

Despite its strengths, I can’t give the series a top-tier rating for a few reasons. While the potential was enormous, the execution of the story felt a bit thin in places. I would have appreciated:
• A deeper dive into the psychology of certain characters.
• More plot twists to heighten the stakes.
• A few more episodes to allow the subplots to breathe.
Because of this, my attention often shifted toward the secondary couples. I found myself wanting more of their storyline, and I’m hopeful that they might get more screen time in potential special episodes.

In conclusion, "Me and Thee" is definitely worth a watch, especially for the incredible performances of the leads. I certainly recommend it, but with a word of advice: go in without overly high expectations regarding the complexity of the plot, and simply enjoy the emotional journey.

Rating: 7.5 / 10

silly, impropable and deliously sublime at times

I am a fan of Pond and Phuwin. But wasn't prepared for Pond going out on a limb like this! He is delightful and handles the over the top comedy quite well. They just click no matter what the material (and this is pretty darn good, with some minor glitches) and there is an ease now between them and the camera. I didn't know I needed a fairy tale like this, but it sure made the world a less darker place.
Yes, side characters are given short shrift, especially when they are using BL actors of such calibre. The Mafia thing is a red herring and nothing really bad ever happens...even the Mafia father is....well no need to spoil that plot line.
So enjoy the sweet ride and binge on a weekend. I did as the snow was swirling outside my window but it was warm and happy in my home. Think its time to go back and rewatch NEVER LET ME GO, again!

it’s a good cheesy romcom!

i went into this expecting it to be silly and fun and i wasn’t disappointed. i thought pond did a good job playing the eccentric and over the top thee; which is so different to what we’ve seen from him before! and i adored phuwin as peach, but that goes without saying. he’s great. the main thing that i loved was rome and mok, it was great to see william and est in new roles! they’re so good at the whole yearning thing! overall a good series! enjoyable if you don’t take it too seriously! 🌟🌟🌟🌟

I started it after it ended knowing a lot of people love this. It's kind of like a cliche wattpad fanfic but written very good. Acting is really good, and it was really funny I watched a lot of scenes before actually watching it. After a while story started repeating itself a little bit but it was still good. I love Thee's personality a lot, since he is shown unserious and goofy most of the time emotional scenes hit harder. My personal opinion is it doesn't really need a second season but I am still curious what they will come up with Peach and me.

Wattpad but WAY better

Mafia and photographer, I WAS SAT. This show is actually very beautiful like I was amazed at times and usually focus on the story. The episodes actually have titles which I’m thankful for since most bls don’t. I also love that the mafia part is so over exaggerated and Peach clocks him. I also love a clue less main character. But Aran and Tawan oh hell no get em banned I don’t like them one bit and the other couple is underdeveloped, seems like a trend with side couples in Thai shows.
