Netflix action K-drama 'Teach You a Lesson' confirms premiere date
Chinese sci-fi thriller Mobius is coming September 17.
Adapted from Zhang Xiaomao's novel "Ni Shi Zhen Cha Zu" (逆时侦查组), Mobius tells the story of an investigation team composed of elite criminal police officers, outstanding scientists, criminologists, and cyber experts confronting a super criminal organization with strong counter-investigation abilities, mastering cutting-edge technologies such as time loops, artificial intelligence, and big data.
A bank bombing shatters the peace of Hua'ao City, yet Officer Ding Qi, who was at the devastating blast site, was unusually calm.
Because he knows this is not the "end" but rather a "loop day" — a phenomenon in which the world randomly enters five consecutive cycles, rewinding to the previous day at 00:00. Ordinary people do not feel it, but only he, relying on his ability to perceive time loops, repeatedly solves baffling cases.
With each new cycle that begins, bizarre events emerge one after another: multiple senior executives of a biotech corporation die one after another, mysterious murder warnings appear, and accidents occur frequently… Beneath the seemingly mechanical, repetitive life, a conspiracy gradually comes to light.
Ding Qi further discovers that he is not the only person who controls the "time key." When multiple time-loop perceivers stir up space–time, the final showdown on the fifth loop day will unveil all the mysteries.
Bai Jing Ting stars in the lead role of Ding Qi, Janice Man comes as An Lan, Song Yang as Mo Yuan Zhi, Liu Yi Jun as Jiang Yu Wen, and Baby Zhang as Yu Shi Ya.
Mobius is coming September 17. The C-drama will be streaming on Netflix and iQIYI.
