Kim Sae Ron's posthumous film 'Everyday, We' confirmed to premiere in 2026
Gong Myung will reportedly lead the upcoming sports romance K-drama Your Ground with Han Hyo Joo.
On November 13, media outlets reported that Gong Myung will join hands with Han Hyo Joo in the upcoming sports romance K-drama titled Your Ground. The K-drama was first offered to Han Hyo Joo and the actress hasn't confirmed her casting yet.
Your Ground will showcase the story of a baseball player whose career was stopped because of a setback. He restarts his journey to the ground after meeting a lawyer turned agent.
The upcoming K-drama will reportedly be the next work of director Choi Jung In, who is known for creating the K-dramas Undercover High School, Knight Flower, and On the Verge of Insanity. The script will be penned by writer Hang Hae Yeon. The K-drama will reportedly be produced by Studio S.
Gong Myung will reportedly portray the role of Kang Hae Hwan, an ace baseball player currently two years into rehabilitation. Known for his exceptional physique and handsome face, he can throw fastballs exceeding 150 km/h. Despite his appealing looks, he has a challenging personality. He is chic and feisty, yet capable of making jokes.
Han Hyo Joo got the offer to portray the role of Seo Hee Seung. She works as a lawyer and an agent of a large law firm. She is a character who knows her own abilities, has a relaxed attitude, and possesses a strong desire to win.
According to reports, Your Ground will begin airing next year and it will exclusively air on MBC.

If Gong Myung confirms his casting, this will be his second upcoming K-drama.
The actor will also lead the upcoming series Secret Gratitude with Shin Hae Sun, Kim Jae Wook, and Hong Hwa Yeon.
He will also star in the upcoming film Husbands in Action alongside Jin Seon Kyu, Kim Ji Suk, Yoon Kyung Ho, Kang Han Na, and Lee Da Hee.
