Tian Xi Wei stuns in dual roles in the 'Where the Mask Ends' trailer
IU, Byeon Woo Seok, Lee Sung Kyung, Chae Jong Hyeop, Shin Ha Kyun, and Heo Sung Tae will take the stage as presenters at the 2025 MBC Drama Awards.
According to MBC, the presenters for the 2025 MBC Drama Awards, which will air on the afternoon of December 30, will include the stars who will lead MBC dramas next year.
In Your Brilliant Season, starring Lee Sung Kyung and Chae Jong Hyeop, tells the story of two people who meet as if by fate and awaken a time that had been frozen. Beloved for her multifaceted charm across various genres, including dramas and musicals, Lee Sung Kyung and Chae Jong Hyeop, who has captured the hearts of fans not only in Korea but also overseas, are set to show their first on-stage pairing at the 2025 MBC Drama Awards.
IU and Byeon Woo Seok, the leads of Perfect Crown, regarded as the most highly anticipated drama of the first half of 2026, have also been named as presenters. IU, who has proven her top-tier status in both music and acting, and Byeon Woo Seok, who stole viewers' hearts as Ryu Sun Jae in Lovely Runner and quickly rose to become one of the top stars, are set to pair for the very first time through the 2025 MBC Drama Awards.
In addition, Shin Ha Kyun and Heo Sung Tae of the drama Fifties Professionals are also among the presenters. Fifties Professionals follows three men, once regarded as the top performers in their fields, as they get demoted to Yeongseon Island following a mysterious incident. As they adapt to their new reality, they begin digging into the truth behind what really happened that day.
The 2025 MBC Drama Awards ceremony airs on December 30.
