'Pursuit of Jade' actor Deng Kai says he 'really likes reading negative comments'
Climax has released a new teaser.
Climax follows prosecutor Bang Tae Seop (Ju Ji Hoon), who plunges into a cartel of power to rise to the top, and the people around him.
The teaser opens with Bang Tae Seop asking, "Is there any stronger bond formed than when people's needs align?" Chu Sang Ah (Ha Ji Won) asks, "Is this a threat?" Bang Tae Seop responds, "It's a proposal."
Then, as the phrase "The more you fall, the higher you rise" flashes on screen, fleeting shots of the couple pass by — a relationship where emotion and power are tangled together. Bang Tae Seop's line, "My wife is hiding something," cuts against Chu Sang Ah's loaded, telling expression — deepening the suspicion further.
Chu Sang Ah accuses her husband, "You were only planning to use my fame for your grand ambitions," and Bang Tae Seop declares, "My goal is to stand at the top of South Korea."
Climax premieres on March 16.
