Shin Ha Kyun, Oh Jung Se, and Heo Sung Tae get back into action in 'Fifties Professionals'

JYP Entertainment has released a statement addressing stalking incidents involving a member of 2PM — a boy band group which includes Nichkhun, Ok Taec Yeon and Lee Jun Ho — and warning of strong legal action against the same.
On March 18, the agency said it had recently discovered stalking behavior that infringes on the artist's privacy and poses a threat to his safety. They added that it is currently gathering evidence and moving forward with legal action, stressing that it will take firm legal steps without leniency.
The agency's full statement is provided below:
Hello, this is JYP Entertainment.
We have recently identified stalking-related conduct targeting a 2PM member that infringes on the artist's private life and threatens his safety.
It has been confirmed that the individual followed the artist's movements for an extended period, engaged in threatening behavior, and continuously attempted to approach the artist.
We regard this matter as a grave issue that seriously threatens the artist's physical and psychological safety, and we are currently securing relevant evidence and taking legal action.
We would like to make it clear that if the same or similar stalking behavior occurs again, we will take immediate legal action with additional measures without leniency.
Any continuous acts of tailing the artist, tracking and sharing their movements, or otherwise intruding upon their daily life are all clear criminal offenses. We place the highest priority on protecting our artists' rights and ensuring their safety, and we will respond firmly and without exception to any acts that violate them.
In addition, we are continuing to collect evidence of malicious posts targeting the artists and pursue legal action accordingly, and we ask for fans' interest and active reporting on such matters. ([email protected])
We place the highest priority on protecting our artists' personal rights and ensuring their safety, and we will respond firmly and without exception to any acts that violate them.
Thank you.
