MBC unveils Kang Tae Oh's stills and character details from Moon River.

Moon River tells the story of a crown prince who has lost his smile and a merchant who has lost part of her memories, as their souls get swapped, unleashing chaos.

In the drama, Kang Tae Oh plays Crown Prince Lee Kang, heir to the royal throne. Though he becomes a regent in place of his father, who cannot attend to state affairs, he indulges in a life of extravagance, even having a lavishly decorated wardrobe, and obsessively caring for his appearance.

On top of that, his prickly and self-willed attitude leaves many astonished. Yet deep down, he harbors the pain of losing the woman he loved in the past. Now, having seemingly given up everything and presenting himself as the royal rogue, the question arises: can Lee Kang ever regain the smile he lost?

The stills capture various characteristics of Lee Kang. In one, he wears the royal robe and exudes dignity befitting a crown prince, while under a flowering tree, he shows off his confidence in silk garments, proudly displaying the flair of the era's ultimate fashion icon. Another still shows him drawing a bow with rain pelting down on him.

Moon River premieres on October 31. News about the K-drama's global OTT is yet to come. Stay tuned!
