Kim Sae Ron's posthumous film 'Everyday, We' confirmed to premiere in 2026
Actress Kim Min Kyung is set to be the mother of a top star once again in a new K-drama.
On November 25, it was officially confirmed that actress Kim Min Kyung will be the mother of Park Seo Joon in the upcoming K-drama Surely Tomorrow.
Surely Tomorrow will showcase the story of a man and a woman who met and fell in love when they were in their twenties and got reunited at an unexpected moment in their lives.
Kim Min Kyung will work alongside Park Seo Joon, Won Ji An, Lee El, Lee Joo Young, Kang Gi Doong, and Jo Min Kook in the upcoming K-drama.
Director Im Hyun Wook (King the Land and Reflection of You) and writer Yoo Young Ah (Dog Days, Thirty-Nine, Kim Ji Young: Born 1982, and Encounter) will work together for the upcoming K-drama.
Kim Min Kyung will portray the role of Cho Nam Sook, the mother of Park Seo Joon's character Lee Gyeong Do. She runs a laundry shop with her husband. She is the biggest supporter of her husband and son. Kim Min Kyung's husband in the series will be portrayed by actor Kim Yong Jun.
Surely Tomorrow will begin airing on December 6 at 10:40 PM KST. It will exclusively air on JTBC with 12 episodes.

This will be the sixth K-drama of Kim Mi Kyung for 2025. She also starred in the series Head over Heels, Love, Take Two, To the Moon, Genie, Make a Wish, and As You Stood By.
Before the year ends, she will also reportedly return to the big screen in the upcoming film Go-To Restaurant with CNBLUE's Jung Yong Hwa, Joo Hyun Young, Hyun Woo Seok, Ko Chang Seok, and Park Kyung Hye.
