Bai Lu-Cheng Lei fan war intensifies over 'The First Jasmine' stand-in allegations

The production team of 100 Days of Lies unveiled the drama's first teaser.
Set during the Japanese colonial period, 100 Days of Lies tells the story of Gyeongseong's top pickpocket, who goes undercover to fight for independence, and the adopted son of the Inspector-General of Korea.
The cast includes Kim You Jung, Park Jin Young, Kim Hyun Joo, Lee Moo Saeng, and Jin Seon Kyu.
Director Yoo In Shik (Dr. Romantic, Vagabond, Extraordinary Attorney Woo, The WONDERfools) helmed the drama, while writer Ryu Bo Ri (Do You Like Brahms?) penned the script.
Kim You Jung transforms into Lee Ga Kyung, Gyeongseong's most skilled pickpocket, who goes undercover for 100 days as an interpreter trainee at the Japanese Government-General of Korea.
Park Jin Young delivers a passionate performance as Sato Hideo, the adopted son of the Inspector-General of Korea, who also goes by the name Kim Tae Woong. He is the newly appointed elite interpreter of the Japanese Government-General of Korea.
The teaser immediately draws viewers in with its vividly recreated depiction of 1932 Gyeongseong. Set against the backdrop of the Japanese Government-General of Korea, where Koreans and Japanese police mingle, the video hints at Lee Ga Kyung carrying out a covert mission and her fateful encounter with Kim Tae Woong. It also heightens the suspense by featuring Sato Shinichi (Jin Sun Kyu) and Yoo Philip (Lee Moo Saeng), each pursuing their own agenda, as well as Yoo So Ran (Kim Hyun Joo) aiming her rifle at a target.
100 Days of Lies is scheduled to premiere in October. Watch the teaser here.
