Last Summer tells the story of a man and a woman — friends since childhood — who come to face the hidden truth of their first love, locked away like Pandora's box.

Lee Jae Wook, who played the twin brothers Baek Do Ha and Baek Do Young, commented, “The time I spent as Baek Do Ha in Last Summer remains deeply meaningful to me as well. In expressing Do Ha's emotions and narrative, I was able to learn and grow a great deal, and I am happy to have shown this character to the viewers." "I will keep striving so that I can greet you with even deeper, richer performances. I sincerely thank everyone who has loved this drama so far."

Choi Sung Eun played the female lead, Song Ha Gyeong. She said, "I want to thank everyone who has watched and cherished Last Summer until now. Thank you for listening to our story, and I hope it has given you at least a slight bit of comfort and strength. I'll return again with a better performance."

Kim Geon Woo, who played lawyer Seo Su Hyeok, also shared heartfelt closing remarks: "I was so happy to have been able to work with a warm script, a warm-hearted director, actors, and all the staff. I want to express my gratitude to everyone who watched Last Summer. Love you all."
