Choi Won Young confirmed to star alongside Nam Ji Hyun and Moon Sang Min in 'Dear Bandit'
Lee Na Young and Jung Eun Chae will reportedly work together in a new mystery thriller K-drama.
On March 26, various media outlets shared that Lee Na Young and Jung Eun Chae will be the main leads of the K-drama titled Honor.
Lee Na Young and Jung Eun Chae's agencies responded to the reports. According to them, Lee Na Young and Jung Eun Chae have received the casting offer and are positively considering it.
Honor will depict the story from the 2019 Swedish series of the same name. It will reveal the journey of three lawyers who confront a big scandal from their past head on.
Lee Na Young was offered the role of Yoon Ra Young, a lawyer at L&J Law Firm. Her striking appearance and exceptional eloquence captivate the public. However, she carries memories of an incident from twenty years ago.
Jung Eun Chae received the role of Kang Shin Jae, the head of L&J Law Firm. She leads the three lawyers with her tough charisma and authority. Driven to achieve her goals, she will stop at nothing, even resorting to any means necessary.
The upcoming K-drama will be the next work of director Park Geon Ho who is known for creating the series Dong Jae, the Good or the Bastard.
The broadcast channel and release date of Honor is still under discussion.
If Lee Na Young confirms her casting, this will be her return to K-dramas after two years. She last appeared in the 2023 series One Day Off with Jo Hyun Chul, Seo Hyun Woo, Joo In Young, Woo Jeong Won, Kim In Soo, and more.
Meanwhile, Honor will possibly be Jung Eun Chae's follow-up work after her hit K-drama Jeongnyeon: The Star Is Born. She was praised for her performance in the series alongside Kim Tae Ri, Shin Ye Eun, Ra Mi Ran, Kim Yoon Hye, and Woo Da Vi.
