Six members of EXO to make a comeback with a new album and fan meeting

EXO is finally meeting fans once again with a scheduled fan meeting and a comeback album.

On October 27, SM Entertainment announced that EXO will be holding their fan meeting this coming December. The fan meeting will be called "EXO'verse" and it will be held at Inspire Arena in Incheon. They will meet fans for two days from December 13 and 14. According to reports, the group will also release its eighth full album in the first quarter of 2026.

For this upcoming fan meeting and comeback, only six members of EXO will participate. Reports state that Suho, Park Chan Yeol, Doh Kyung Soo, Kai, Oh Se Hun, and Lay Zhang will be part of this reunion. Members Chen, Byun Baek Hyun, and Xiumin, who are currently in legal battle with SM Entertainment, will not be part of these promotions.

EXO is reportedly set to perform a new track from their upcoming album, along with their hit winter song 'First Snow,' which coincides perfectly with the fan meeting date.

Fan meeting tickets will be available via Melon Ticket, with pre-booking starting at 8 p.m. on the 30th and general reservations opening at 8 p.m. on the 31st. Details regarding live online broadcasts on Beyond Live and Weverse will be announced later on EXO’s official social media channels.

Since the members have successfully established careers in various fields, their reunion as EXO after a long hiatus is highly anticipated.

Before EXO reunites, member Doh Kyung Soo will first star in the upcoming Disney+ K-drama The Manipulated. He will work alongside Ji Chang Wook, Lee Kwang Soo, Jo Yoon Soo, Kim Jong Soo, and Yang Dong Geun. 

EXO's last album release was in 2023 with the album EXIST. Only seven members were present for the promotions, as Kai was serving in the military and Lay was in China.
