Third-generation boy group VIXX is reportedly set to make a long-awaited full-group comeback next year.

On December 19, media outlets reported that VIXX will embark on full-group activities starting in 2026. Members Hyuk, Leo, Ken, and Cha Hak Yeon (N) are set to reunite and begin preparations for various projects immediately following the youngest member Hyuk’s military discharge in January.

After years of incomplete lineups, most recently seen during their 2023 comeback and 2024 fan meeting, all members of VIXX will finally reunite for new activities.

Ken previously teased this reunion in an October interview, where he noted that a group comeback would be possible after Hyuk’s discharge.

VIXX debuted in 2012 as a six-member group. However, Ravi and Lee Hong Bin departed in 2020 and 2023, respectively.

While VIXX was not promoting actively, the members pursued their solo activities.

Leader Cha Hak Yeon was busy all year with several K-dramas. He starred in Oh My Ghost Clients, Love Is for the Dogs, The Killer Next Door, and his latest project was the hit series You and Everything Else alongside Kim Go Eun, Park Ji Hyun, Kim Gun Woo, Seo Jung Yeon, Kim Jae Won, and Lee Sang Yoon. He will also star in the upcoming K-drama Absolute Value of Romance

Leo, on the other hand, will reportedly make his official debut on the big screen through the upcoming film Veranda with Jeon So Min, Ji Seung Hyun, Ha Soo Ho, and Jeong Hee Tae

Ken also starred in a K-drama this year. He led the series Looped in Love and Death with Lee Chae Yeon. He was also part of the entertainment programs The Listen: Reaching You and Lululala Friends with Japan

Meanwhile, the youngest member, Hyuk enlisted for his mandatory military service on April 18, 2024, and was discharged on January 17, 2026.
