i really want to like this drama-- i love yang zi, deng lun, so many people have said it was good, etc. but like i'm on the part where feng huang just died and i kind of feel like dropping the drama-- this drama could easily be concluded in 40 ep, but this 63 ep is dragging too much and its getting kind of boring why is run yu getting so much screentime also i don't really care about liu ying and mu ci sorry can we just focus on jin mi and xu feng

should i keep watching

I loved AoL mainly because of Yang Zi and Deng Lun. The Jin Mi/Xu Feng is all angsty after ep 40 but I continued watching it. There are a few cute moments also.

I skipped all the Run Yu and MuCi/Liu Ying bits. There is a battle scene that I like near the end. The emotions in Deng Lun's eyes there (omph!)

I suggest to finish watching it. It gives you closure. I also recommend watching the behind the scenes afterwards.

I watched it because I thought this drama was similar to Ten Miles of Peach Blossom which I love.

I kept watching till episode 10, but felt like the story was going nowhere, then I gave up.
