WHAT????? Glad I dropped it. I'm sorry, but that's ridiculous. The leads being separated for one or two episodes? Fine. Okay. It's been done before. Three or four? You're pushing it, but I'll allow it if there's a good/interesting narrative reason. SEVEN EPISODES? The drama's just insulting the audience. Seven out of forty is 17.5%. That means the leads were apart for nearly 20% of the drama.
If I'm being honest, Pursuit of Jade is my biggest disappointment so far this year. No offense to anyone who likes it. I can understand liking it for the striking aesthetics and some of the directing, but I was just expecting more from the writing and characterization.
