only thing rr is rich ceo woman with employee ml. and all "role reversal" she does is pull off a rich money spend helicopter gesture to get ml back , and this all happens in a lovey dovey flash back on ep one. otherwise ml just suffers thru extreme inferiority complex because of fl and fl's family's background money and success. and essentially he is not RR at all. not even in the slightest. the movie ends with ml saving the day, multiple times. ml saving fl multiple billion times. fl and family "losing" all wealth for a while and ml becomes the hero and saves them all. basically no rr at all. NO RR AT FKN ALL

Hello y'all! I've stumbled upon this cute vertical drama on youtube yesterday and loved the rr in it. Yes it had its traditional moments but it's majorly rr or the trad can be ignorable.

It's another version of In the 1990s, the Young Husband Turned Out to Be a Nobleman from a Large Courtyard which was delightful and super RR throughout. ML was such a mommy and I loved FL's redemption arc and how smitten she was 💖

I'm hoping it's a bait n switch and they don't lean into the Yor Forger-core, lighthearted or comedic tone... I'm frankly sick and tired of women being allowed to be the main, badass assassin only in comedies...
Spy Family is fun, but yeah, I hope they don't go that route with this drama. Korea can actually be pretty good about writing strong female leads in non-comedic settings—where they fall short is being compelled to have the ML one-up her. As long as this drama avoids that, we might be in for some decent RR. It also doesn't have any comedy tags, so that's a good sign. I'm still keeping my expectations low though, because after that QXX and JC upset, I don't trust anything or anyone. I mean, if I can't trust them, who can I trust???
I saw comments saying that it 'made sense because he needed to shed his old self to become Big Mouse'
Ugh, fridging is so lazy. If they wanted a sad ending, how cool would it have been to keep his wife alive, but now have them on opposite sides of the moral spectrum because now that he's gotten a taste of going to jail, and going through everything he did, he's too scared to go back to a "powerless" existence. He now craves the protection and control being Big Mouse provides.

I mean, it could've been a very interesting take (basically... Star Wars if Padme didn't die), but from what I remember, she was pretty shady from the start when trying to prove his innocence, so really, they could've just been a mafia power couple 😂
