Speaking of which, I need to have a talk with him during our next meet-up. With "Dating Game", we once again have a Fluke series with no international release. Why, why, why? Grrrr. I will ask him to insist on this in all future contracts.

I'm convinced there's smth wrong with my brain cuz the first thing that comes to mind is #overrated. It's not a bad series, but revenge melodramas is a least favorite of mine. There are a few scenes I especially liked. Tada at work with his lunchbox from Armin was funny and cute. And the one I already mentioned in a previous post.

The main leads did a good job and I loved their longterm loving relationship. That's what I focused on to finish it. I also enjoyed Armin's assistant, Janine. Pond was great, but unfortunately I wasn't into Peterpan so much, at least not in this role. 

I'm sorry I'm not jumping up & down with excitement over this series. I saw tons of positive comments on the drama page which makes me question my own viewing experience. I must have missed smth. Or I'm just overthinking it and in the end it's really about what's entertaining...or not, for each individual.  😊

I enjoyed My Stand In more, imo.

Now I'm really curious what Revenged Love will be like, since it also seems to be a top fan favorite.

BL Challenge
Day 1: Describe a favourite series of yours without naming it.

A guy takes the place of his twin brother in a gang of sorts. They do some shenanigans and there's lots of social commentary. At one point there is a Pride flag scene which was actually something that didn't exist in the original novel to my knowledge. The team thought it's a good idea to add it in. The twin brother who got replaced eventually comes out of the coma induced by beating and he has an important role in the story. There's also a cop in this, who at first was hostile but then mellowed out and started helping the gang. I don't remember much of this series but it's one of my all time faves.
