I just finished EP 2 and yeah it's kinda really silly. Borderline almost too silly for me. I hope Duang settles down a bit (same for the million-and-one sound effects) cuz in my mind he's coming across as a total airhead without any sense whatsoever. (I at least have some sense, but Duang is much cuter, haha) 😆
Anyways there were some good laughs with the cuteness. I'll keep watching cuz I'm not giving up on it.

I didn't understand this drama very well, but I must have liked it since I rated it 9/10. 🤣 It was some time ago, but I remember coming here and complaining about how confusing the story was. It might just be me. Some stories can confuse the heck out of me. I guess I' don't have much to add, but I wanted to acknowledge ur post.

“Love Alert” (7.1 = overrated): Steamy trainwreck with entertainingly bad acting and writing

"FY2: Beside The Sky" (8.5 = overrated): I like it, but the 8.5 rating is too high, probably reflects self-selection bias, i.e. the people rating are largely already fans from S1
Whoops, I forgot one, but it's annoying, extremely OTT, manga-type comedy and only available via fansubber: "Kateikyoshi no Kishi Knight desu" (7.4 = overrated unless one likes this kind of comedy, which I don't) - so actually it's nine currently airings, not eight. I'm only watching it because of my interest in the lead actors who are familiar from other BLs.

With the final episode of "Reloved" now posted to iQiyi, I'll probably do a binge-watch of this soon. I don't have any high expectations (avg. MDL = 7.2), but I quite liked the lead actors in "The Renovation" (6.9 = underrated in my opinion, very low budget but enjoyable).

i loved Loved for Love’s Sake and have watched it twice. I never really noticed the character changes you described, or, rather, they didn’t bother me. I figured all the characters are changing because of their interactions and the progression of “the game.” Reality is changing around them so characters could easily shift emotionally as that happens. I guess the framework of the game convinced me to allow leeway for the characters to shift, develop, and grow. After all, isn’t that the purpose of the game?

i loved my magic prophecy! So good! Now I’m rewatching last twilight. KinnPorsche is great too but so different. It‘s become iconic in the BL world. So it’s worth finishing. Hope things are going better and you’re enjoying getting back to BLs.
I guess when you put it that way it bothers me less & I can appreciate the change more , I didn't consider ' it's a game so the world could change ' point of view. I think because I have found that in BL's I grow to like the characters for who they're displayed as & how they connect to the other , having had adjusted to him then seeing he had what felt like a personality change towards him a few eps in I was like a bit taken aback. it felt kinda sudden like he was a different person which threw me & stopped me from seeing the bigger picture as you have just described it. I feel I can appreciate the show more now I have had time to consider & see it from another perspective so now I believe I can leave an accurate view & rating. still I actually enjoyed the show more than I thought I did despite the change & clearly just got confused how to proceed as it takes me time to adjust to change , this ended up with me being inbetween uncertainty & enjoyment 🥰

The change was really sudden for me and it felt like he was a different person so I had to learn to appreciate this version of him, so I understand how you felt. But the show as a whole was really good 😁

Exactly I agree I like hearing people differents point of views, it makes me realise things I didn't notice or didn't think of while watching a show. This club is perfect for that.
