i watched it and it was just okay. i guess i'm not used to the way some c-dramas are dubbed over so that took me a while to adapt to. the actresses were fine but there was some confusion over one of them being AI or sth? i never understood that well but anyways the story was dramatic at times, especially the last 2 episodes but i guess it wasn't that unrealistic seeing as how the biggest antagonist of the story was homophobia and misogyny which i've noticed a lot in chinese gl (talking about novels and manhua). it was a good step for more baihe shows in the future so i suppose that's something

So I started Player and yes! This is a win just based on the first 2 episodes. I'm having fun with it.

I do have a question. Does anyone know a drama where one woman has to have an eye transplant and ends up falling in love with the donors girlfriend? I think this is the plot. I watched it like a couple of years ago but for the life of me I can't really remember it. Just it was kind of low budget but I never finished it and its bothering me.

I really enjoyed "Player". It was in my top 5 Thai GLS from 2025.

Now i really want to watch it. I actually started it last year but never finished. I’ve been trying to make myself finish Be My Angel before I start another GL.
