What’s for dinner?

 Estelll:

Steamed vegetables, grilled fish fillet, spaghetti Bolognese, cucumber & tomato salad. 

My mother also sent me spicy soufflé, but I'm saving this for tomorrow!!

Spicy souffle sounds delicious!

Tortilla filled with chicken, peppers, mushrooms, tomato and cheese.

I went to a Cambodian restaurant and had stir fried sea food with mango salad

Not dinner time yet, so came here looking for ideas. I think I have everything for chicken fajitas :D

Shepherds pie, except I used ground pork and instant mashed potatoes (my grandmother will be so unhappy, LOL) 

Sauteed mushrooms, onion, carrot, and baby bok choy.  Black beans.  Brown rice with Nori Komi Furikake sprinkled on top.  

Beef shawarma with garlic potatoes, beets and greens on rice.

Easter chocolate remains - bunny ears!
