When company comes we accommodate them. And then back to a more plant based diet.
I know what you mean! Have you heard of the cookbook "Love Real Food" by Cookie & Kate? It's my top go-to for recipes, although it's more vegetarian than vegan. I alter as needed.
I hope hubby's health is doing well!
