What’s for dinner?

Lunch:
Scrambled eggs with green and yellow bell peppers, fresh tomatoes, onions, local creamy white cheese, and grated regato cheese. Served with toasted buns and olive oil.
Cucumbers for salad 

Dinner:
Watermelon with graviera cheese and carob rusks

today was aaron and claire's Chicken Bibimbap recipie ,..  came out good , changed up the veggies a slight bit by swapping raw onion for scallions, and perilla leaves for sliced warmed mushrooms , and using water in place of sprite in the sauce .

We had family visiting this weekend:

Last night-Roasted chicken, mashed potatoes, and roasted carrots. 

Today we had had rigatoni with red sauce and cheese.  (Ground turkey, chopped red bell peppers, onion, and shredded zucchini in the sauce)

Snickerdoodle blondies and cooked apples for dessert.
