What’s for dinner?

We had sushi bake for dinner made with some seaweed, rice, crab and tuna mixed with kewpie mayo and sriracha. It was really good for how quick we made it, just in time to rewatch an episode of Cross Fire!

Baby back ribs,  lemony potato salad,  steamed carrot slices and broccolini

Three layer apple spice cake with brown butter frosting filling and cream cheese frosting for the outside.  ( Birthday cake)

Thanks for the wishes, should have qualified it was someone else’s bday.  I don’t usually go to so much trouble on a cake for mine. 😄

For lunch I had Cold soba noodles with sesame dressing  and side of vegetables and boiled diced chicken 

For dinner I'll have Greek Chicken Bowl of Grilled chicken over quinoa or couscous, with cherry tomatoes, olives, cucumber, and a dollop of tzatziki and bread.  I'll have a Watermelon drink A  chilled drink  of watermelon, cucumber, mint, and a hint of lime. 

Same old chicken salad and bread and a glass of milk
