It's tough to pick just five, but some of the most popular and critically acclaimed Korean dramas for me include Crash Landing on You, Goblin, Descendants of the Sun, It's Okay to Not Be Okay, and Boys Over FlowersThese dramas are known for their compelling storylines, strong performances, and beautiful cinematography

Five recommendations for those interested in understanding Korea, I think all of this root series have many other series as branches, but the Korean character and ideology are very well represented in this five.
1. Six Flying Dragons
2. Tree with Deep Roots
3. Different Dreams
4. Seoul 1945

I do agree with you that "Vincenzo" is amongst your list. The drama is really good , it is very entertaining.  I’ve watched it 2x.    It was so addictive.  The show has a very specific absurdist humor, which you’ll either like or not like. It is a little bit long - 20 episodes but, I felt it moved fast and I got through it quickly.   My  brother who doesn't really watch dramas saw me watching it and was interested enough to keep watching it with me until the end.  I would've enjoyed more of the romance, but it was fitting to have it in the sidelines.

I watched The Heirs for Lee Min Ho. It is no cinematic masterpiece but since it is so iconic I felt it was also worth my time.  I enjoyed it. This is a star-studded series. It takes some episodes to get there, though. I couldn’t believe Park Hyung Sik’s  transition to High Society after the Heir.

Honestly, I love Moon Lovers Scarlet Heart Ryeo for Lee Jun Ki. It's a good drama and I don't understand why it had a poor rating when it first aired and many were not fond of it. I was really excited for this drama because of the cast and premise, so maybe my expectations were too high? It does have great soundtrack and outstanding scenes. Although it’s not perfect, I really loved this drama. The plot kept me guessing until the very end, which was refreshing as many dramas become very predictable mid way through. Personally, I wish they had paced the ending a bit better. Although, I liked the ending, it did leave me a bit broken - lol. And it's not one that I would watch again aside from maybe a few favorite moments. I loved the behind the scenes material, LJK and IU are amazing.  Some parts can be cringy but the storyline really broke my heart. If crying a river and feeling like your heart was ripped out for a few weeks is up your alley, you’ll enjoy the ride.

- The king of pigs

- Beyond evil

-  Flower of evil

- Light shop

I have obviously more than 5 and these aren't necessarily my top best but this is to make a list of slightly different genres :

My Mister (drama, life, pretty unique and its own genre tbh)

Life (medical, drama, slight romance)

Good Manager (comedy, workplace)

It's OK to not be OK (romance, drama, mental health issues)

Signal (thriller, drama, semi-fantasy)

Flower of Evil is indeed worth watching. It's one of the best thrillers, awesome! Lee Jun Ki is great here.  He did a fabulous job. He didn't disappoint. Same here - I would HIGHLY recommend this drama, you'll definitely enjoy it.  I think this is Lee Jun Ki's best work. It's a little disorienting, even confusing at first but once you have all the pieces it's such a great story!

I watched Weak Class Hero S1/S2 for Park Ji Hoon. He was perfect for this role. Deserves all the hype and love in the world. This is honestly one of the better executed webtoon adaptations for me. I find both good. I was blown away. The last scene of the 1st episode of S1 literally gave me goosebumps. To those of you who haven't watched it yet: WATCH IT!!! This drama was very engaging and the acting was top notch. I liked Park Ji Hoon in At a Distance, Spring is Green, too but,  here he is just at an other level.
