Well ok then…

Ep 1 NOT what I was expecting but totally roped me in

Ep 1:  the very young princ(ess) who her daddy the king warns that she must act as a boy and do everything as a boy is barely out of toddlerhood.  she asks daddy, the king,  if she must pee "standing up"?  i almost lost it right there.  such acting from a 6 year old, and awesome writing.  what will the next 24 episodes being?  i'm in this for the duration.
