Unable to access comments on my reviews

The Butterfly VIP

After I changed my user name when that became available I've run into a problem.  Whenever I receive a notification that someone has commented on my review (usually an older one)  and click on it I receive this message:


"The requested page was not found

You can see this page because the URL you are accessing cannot be found."


Since it doesn't tell me the film/drama commented on, I can't even look it up that way.  This has happened numerous times.  Is there a fix available?

This has happened to several users before, so it's not you. The link goes to the user name you had before.

It seems to be a consistent bug, and I hope something will be done about it.


As a stopgap measure, you could try the following (website only!)

  1. hover over the notification in "All notifications", right click and select "copy link"
  2. insert the link in your address bar -- don't open the link yet!
    Should look something like https://kisskh.at/profile/[old user name]/review/[review numer]#comment-[comment number] 
  3. change the [old user name] to [new user name]
  4. open the link
