I prefer the secondary couple over the primary one. However, I absolutely love the setting of the hospital and the military. I have watched it twice (for the secondary couple) and I am sure others would appreciate the drama.

Ouhh. This drama is a lot. A lot of drama. A lot of warmth. A lot of family. A lot of heartbreak (though, mostly resolved). This is a lovely family drama, long but deffo worth it. Be prepared, there is a lot of toxicity and unnecessary selfishness. HOWEVER, this drama also has a lot of warmth and heart-warming moments and at the end, I felt for everyone. Everyone (but the cheating bastard of a (ex)husband) has a redemption arc. If you are up for 54 episodes, you should deffo watch it. I really appreciated the drama and its characters.
