After graduating, she auditioned to join the Humanite agency because it was where her favorite actress, Mitsushima Hikari, worked at the time.
She made her debut as an actress in the same year, appearing in a promotional video for tourism in Okinawa City, which was released in February 2018. Then she acted in the short film "Haru". She won the Grand Prix in the entertainment video category at the "Kyoto International Film Festival 2018 Creators Factory". She also won the Best Actress award at both "Shibuya TANPEN Film Festival CLIMAX at Sasebo" and "20th TAMA NEW WAVE Competition" for her role in "Haru".
In 2021, the film "Wheel of Fortune and Fantasy" she starred in won the Silver Bear Prize at the 71st Berlin International Film Festival.
