He always followed all his previous romantic interests like Won Taemin from 'you make me dance', Seol inah from 'oasis' and red Velvet's Joy from 'once upon a small town', up until the poin the mass unfollowing occured.
He also followed his family members, classmates from his acting university, his previous co-actors, other BL actors and people from his brother's agency.
The problem came when he also followed influencers (male and female) who were viewed as lowbrow and beneath him by k-netizens. They hyper fixated on the female influencers and idols he was following like Billie tsuki and his other female idols friends he met and became close to at variety shows and award shows.
Mind you he equally followed many male idols too. But when people have a narrative they want to push, they lose all reasoning.
Due to the backlash he got from his following list, he unfollowed everyone in late January, including his brother, his romantic interests and all his friends.
Don't speak on what you aren't sure of. I know it's such an easy thing to do, but spreading misinformation is an unethical act. Do better.
