One of the reasons I always choose a drama as my favorite is when the couple in the drama shows equal effort, whether it be in terms of love or material things. In my opinion, most Chinese dramas only show effort from the male lead side, which I think is unequal, but this drama is one of the few Chinese dramas that successfully shows equal love and effort between the male and female leads.
Everything in this drama is excellent, but if I had to highlight one aspect, for me the most impressive thing is their acting.
SML acting is very impressive, the character is very good but I think if the acting wasn't done well, we wouldn't be able to feel the emotional roller coaster that SML character goes through. The actor ML also played his character very well. We can feel his explosive character at the end of the drama because of the set-up throughout the story and the acting that shows that he is not the typical cold, stiff, and flat ML in a Chinese drama but rather quiet yet warm, and the actor was able to bring the character to life well. As for FL, if I had to pick one scene it would be when she apologizes to her father for not being able to forget ML. The actress playing FL really does a great job here. I even think that no matter what the problem is or what kind of father he is, if he saw his daughter crying like that because she wanted to be with a certain man, he would definitely let her go to that man 😅. And their visuals are a bonus😅, so there's no reason for you to miss this drama 😁.
This drama has a concept similar to older dramas in general. ML, who is already wealthy, is a CEO but has past trauma and a toxic family, while FL has problems in her career and relationships. They will often meet due to various coincidences and eventually end up in a typical boss-employee relationship. BUT, if you watch this drama, you will realize that it is a recent drama. The issues are quite realistic with deep dialogue, and the first meeting is quite different from other dramas. With the story, OST, chemistry, acting, editing, and visuals from the actors, you definitely shouldn't miss this drama.

That's a unique opinion, but I don't think they can be together because you must have heard the saying, “Find a partner who is your equal,” and it is SML feelings of inferiority that make them unequal. Equality here isn't just about social status and money, but also about their mindset and how much love there is between them, and I don't see that in SML. I think dramas that depict issues like this well are "You Are My Glory" and maybe "Lighter and Princess"
