Btw, I don't get it - they show an extra guy (Na Moo Myung?) in the openings and on the poster, and he sometimes is shown working in the marketing team 3. Is he one of their co-workers or not? Is he that shadowy guy who does nefarious things in the office?
Aziz is shamelessly trailblazing a path for them to become a couple - going through all shortcuts, skipping all back and forth filler and telling them things straight as they are. Is he not a great matchmaker or what? 🤣🤣
What quality? If they mean story's pacing, they've ruined it already by putting that 2.5 episodes long, tonally different ML's backstory smack in the middle of good stuff. Now there are only 4 episodes left for the funny stuff that got everyone hooked in the beginning. But I doubt it's gonna be even 4, because now they have to squeeze in the resolution of ML's terrible past. Looks like another one of those shows that start with a bang and end with a rushed trainwreck.
Out of all ongoing law dramas, which there are quite a few, May It Please The Court is the most consistently good one - well thought out plot, good pacing, sprinkled with some funny stuff. It's not groundbreaking, just a solid drama that has just the right amount of everything for 12 episodes, there's no filler and nothing is rushed.
The rest are either all over the place with their contrived plots and/or have lots of dumbassery, or, like One Dollar Lawyer, started with a bang, but took a wrong turn down the lane.
Whoa, and now it's 12 episodes instead of 14?! Dammit, that makes that 2.5 episodes long flashback even worse. They shouldn't have wasted so much time on it, one episode tops would have been enough. Only 4 episodes left now. It's like what, 2-3 cases at most? 😕
I have a feeling from Ep3 things will start getting interesting so I wont give up hope yet.
It was solved, you haven't been paying attention. ML met taxi driver's son at the graveyard just before leaving, he was following the funeral procession cars in his own car. He was the same guy that was the last passenger before the taxi driver got hit by the WTOD.
They're just having a spin on Memento movie plot here. But damn, stonefaced ML creeps me out. It's not like he…
I think it was in the original short synopsis as well - FL will face the hardest struggle in her career because she'll have to defend the killer. But it was changed here later.
Btw, wasn't that scene with SFL's creepy smiling neighbours just like a poster of Strangers From Hell?
