Just few questions for any AoS experts here, because I still don't understand some of these things:1. What is…
1. Songrim is mages organization as a whole. As a whole it is a small town in the forest and is surrounded by magic barrier that is only openable with special plaques. Jeongjingak is part of it and is a school for young mages. Sejukwon is another part of it and is healer mages organization.

2. Master Heo and his family are affiliated (an offshoot branch) with Seo family and he is their representative at Unanimous Assembly, since general Seo is away defending the borders.

3. Yea, Daeho is the capital city and the name of the country, fortresses are other cities, probably at each border.

BTS spoiled episode's 8 ending scene and episode 9's beginning.
CP is also in there and will interrupt the leads conversation. And Uk will hide Naksu's glowing eyes from CP with his iconic hand move.

Ffs, how long are they gonna drag him not recognizing her even with all the obvious signs? He's such a dumbass in part 2, me and Uk from part 1 are having second hand embarassment... 🤦‍♂️

I wonder if that's an ice stone or something similar but not quite the same. I mean, they mentioned a Choi mage…
It looked just like the ice stone. Take a closer look.
And it was already mentioned several times that there was more than one ice stone, but they were all destroyed.

I think the skeleton is Naksu original body the blue sphere is the mark of the soul shifter in the shoulder not…
🤦‍♂️ Weren't you paying attention to what Jin Mu was saying? It's the skeleton of Choi mage from 200 years ago. He was locked up there for his crimes in the great war. He was the mage who discovered ice stone properties and soul ejectors. His whole clan was destroyed by master Seo, Songrim founder. Shaman Choi and her brother were his descendants. Makes sense for him to also have an ice stone inside him, it was already known that there was more than one.

Can we talk about Bu Yeon's hairstyle in ep8?! Why make her into an old ajumma with those intense moments with…
Hairstyles in general got dumbed down in part 2. Mu-Deok had those various detailed hairstyles, men were sporting various versions of long hair and Dang Gu even had his hair dyed. Now everyone looks too bland and modern. Only older women keep wearing those samey fakey intricate houses on their heads.

Everybody's thinking that's an ice stone in the skeleton but I'm starting to think it's a soul ejector
No, the soul ejector is a sparkly sphere. This one clearly looked like a familiar blue polygon. And it would make more sense to have an ice stone inside the body instead of a soul ejector that is not consumed internally.

No, it was the Choi mage. Master Seo's appearance is unknown. Only his and Jin clan founder's silouttes were shown. And they looked suspiciously like the leads.

I thought those babies were rumored to be Park Dan Gu and Jin Cho Yeon's children.
Btw, I feel robbed of a whole subplot where Dang Gu and Cho Yeon secretly got together and even became intimate.
Too much time wasted on fillers like Park Jin cooking black matter.

Regarding the moment when Naksu regained her memories, did it live up to everyone's expectations? Or were you…
Could have been executed better, but it was impactful enough.

Master Seo was the one who ended the ice stone war and founded Songrim, but the discoverer apparently was that Choi mage. You've even seen him in part 1 - the guy who was changing the ice stone into fire, stone, etc.

Because Uk hid and loved Naksu who possessed JBY's body. She hates them both for using her daughter's body.
Hey, I'm not disagreeing. I don't like it either, she's not a child anymore, so showing her makes little sense, tbh. But it is cheaper.

They've cast her cheaper child version to explain things in part 2. You've already seen it in today's episode.

wait so that was a ice stone in the person's skeleton. 200yrs ago a mage from Choi family entered that prison…
The skeleton belonged to Choi mage from 200 years ago. The same mage who discovered the ice stone's properties and the one who learned how to make soul ejectors. Apparently he was an evil dude and his whole clan was destroyed by Songrim's founder. Shaman Choi and her brother, papa Jin, were his descendants.

It's still not explained what really happened there. And it can be interpreted that JBY's priestess body automatically trapped Naksu's soul inside because of her innate divine powers.

Who writes dialogues like this? Is love a competition or something? Guy dies by your hand but still loves and…
You misinterpreted her meaning. She said she liked him even more than he did, but couldn't tell him about it in part 1. And now she couldn't say anything to him either so as not to hurt him even more, because she knows she will die soon and she feels very guilty about killing him. So she pushed him away by alluding she liked some other guy, even though she talked about him.
It was very touching actually, I never realized she liked him that much in part 1. But then again, she was a rather shy tsundere when it came to showing her feelings, it was always Uk who was very open and straightforward.
