I actually like In Hye. She was friend with Hyo Rin way before In Kyung started being obsessed with PJS. She stayed…
Whatever, she was there conveniently at the right place at the right time to get a piece of evidence. That's a single major, if contrived contribution her character made throughout the whole show. The rest is bs. Her family got the money for her surgery (and it still remains unclear whether it was a natural occurence or something the main villain did to her), they did everything they could to inform and keep her out of trouble she got herself into with that rich crazy family. But she wanted a rich and comfy life, she was very clear on that, which means her sincerity about Hyo Rin is debatable. Hyo Rin was basically her ticket to better life and she got it. To me she looks like a selfish calculating brat.
Why do people hate in-hye's character? You don't know how it feels when everyone wants you to enjoy your life…
Because she's very ungrateful to her sisters, who'd do anything for her. This is not like the situation you describe about yourself. Her sisters loved her unconditionally. Theirs was a tough lot given in life, but they did everything they could to soften it for her. But instead of being even remotely grateful she chose to put all the blame on them and run away to rich strangers. Good on her to get that rich comfy life she desired at the expense of her rich girl friend. But even at the end of the show those grateful thoughts she thought she never shared with her sisters. And that money they got wasn't from her, it was all ML's doing. So basically, she ditched her family and ran away.
Btw, does SK have different laws about what can be shown on live TV? That morbid murder footage without censorship was pure bs, imho. Furthermore, why do they always say real names of suspects and convict them of yet to be proven crimes in their kdrama media all the time? Also, I was waiting in vain for the police to come after the main villain, but I guess since they went full makjang in the last episode they probably covered that up with classic "chaebols' unlimited corruption superpower" kind of trope behind the scenes 🙄
Did any of the couples have a romantic happy ending?
The reporter sister and her simping childhood friend. Also, I'm not sure what was going on between In Hye and Hyo Rin, but they successfully ran away together.
Everyone thought Choi do il is a Red flag (Including me)But my man turned out to be the greanest flag in the whole…
He may be the greenest flag out there to still give you trust issues trauma 🤣 . Good on FL to not follow him, he's too smart and unpredictable for her.
How is she the best girl? She did nothing useful the whole drama, aside from befriending the villains daughter.…
She didn't do anything out of any altruistic motives though, did she? She just wanted a rich and comfy life away from either families and only cared about herself and her rich girl friend.
Isn't it funny how the "evil money' that ended up ruining their lives, somehow made its way back into their bank…
Yea, the hypocricy was glaring there, but right at that moment the show conveniently ended. That money should have been returned to that bankrupt bank's victims.
i used hate Inhye character for being ungrateful bish😶 but now u know what i feel guilty...inhye best gurlyyyy!!❤
How is she the best girl? She did nothing useful the whole drama, aside from befriending the villains daughter. Never said a single grateful word to her sisters face to face. And if you're talking about that money in the end - it wasn't her doing and it wasn't her money. It was all ML, he accidentaly met them as they were running away and asked Hyo Rin to use her account temporarily to transfer that slush fund money. And even that was unnecessary, he could have shared that money even without her account. She's was a conistent ungrateful brat, that's all.
i've watched 30 min of the finale, and i keep wondering wtf is going on with in joo sentence? she was sentenced…
I was baffled as well, she definitely didn't go to jail as she returned to her great aunt's house to speak with Hwa Young who still had a bandage and a patch on her. But then I thought it was mistranslation or smth - she got a suspended sentence covered by probation as it was her first offense.
Funny how most of the side characters' fates were left up in the air.
-ML's father after being arrested by the police (introduced with a bang, went down with a wimper) -ML's mother (did she survive the car crash?) -the henchman villain bitch (ran away?) -the corrupt reporter bitch (still works in the industry?) -reporter sister's corrupt boss (still works in the industry?)
The plot is really entertaining but after watching ep 6 ,it looks more like dead girlfriend tragedy, new girl…
They already have a childhood connection between FL and that prosecutor guy, doubt they'll go overboard with it. And if there's gonna be romance in the end here I don't see how else it will gonna go aside from how you describe it.
