Maybe, maybe not. But he was shown being very petty and extremely jealous of Uk. Maybe if Mu-Deok won't be around anymore to de-escalate the situation like she usually did, it will lead to great animosity again.

Maybe Naksu really will kill somebody there and will have to go into hiding. Also, she's still wanted. So she'll have to go into hiding anyway. Uk will probably start looking for her in part 2. No happy ending in sight, I guess.
