I think I'm traumatized from the white trucks in korean, if I ever visit korea, I'll run everytime I see a white…
If you see a white truck in East Asia, you run for your life or prepare to reincarnate. That's what kdramas, manga and anime have been teaching us for years 😂
(spoilers for ep. 4) Okay, so I need someone else's opinion, but... Is it only me that doesn't really like how…
I dunno why they've decided to change this in the drama, but in the manga ML didn't go looking for FL's first crush. He just came to the reunion by himself. But I guess with how they've staged ML's event leading to him returning to the past that was one of the last things he had heard at FL's funeral. My guess is in the drama he returned to the past a bit earlier than FL, but still not so early as to think it through thoroughly. That search for FL's first love looked like a spontaneous thing, he just wanted to do something to make her feel better and to get her away from her future husband by finding her a better guy. Perhaps he didn't realize at the time he can compete for her heart himself. But after he realized that, he got jelly and now we have love triangle.
In the manga he actually was very calculating and 5 steps ahead of FL at planning how to help her. It just wasn't looking as stalker-ish as in the drama, more like a competent guy appearing at the right time at the right place.
HEAVY POILERS!!!So, the MLs background and way of transmigrating back in time was tweaked alot from how it originally…
For the most part I like the drama's turn of events, especially how they've dealt with ML's event leading to him returning to the past. The manga's one was...problematic.
Though I'm still missing an apology from the reunion bishes, I hope it will come later. And some scenes are absent altogether, some about Yoo characters, some about cute moments between the leads.
Can we please stop comparing this to Perfect Marriage Revenge? Yes, it has the same premise, we get it. Yes, it came just before this drama, just like mangas these two dramas are based on. No, nobody's copycating, it's just a popular trope. If you like this trope just watch it with fresh eyes.
I dunno about playing good psychos, but he sure can play psychos that are looking like they're always high. It's…
I dunno why they keep typecasting him into over the top bad guys. He's just a good looking guy, he can play other roles. I recall them trying something with him in Money Heist.
it's like a worse version of perfect marriage revenge. where the FL is wishy washy even in her second life. outside…
At least her being wishy washy is more consistent. A person can't realistically change a timid, introvert personality into an outgoing, extrovert one overnight. And if this is about her still playing along with the villains it's because it's part of her plan to get them together. The evil bish needs to get jealous and to want to take her bf from her. And in the manga whenever an opportunity arose to manipulate the events to get closer to her revenge, or help others in need, whom she never had the courage in her past life, she used that opportunity. It all just takes time and patience. But if you like makjang like in PMR then this drama is not for you.
My comments may be spoiler so don't readKim ji hoon one of the best actor when it's come to play psychopath character,…
I dunno about playing good psychos, but he sure can play psychos that are looking like they're always high. It's something about his eyes I think, noticed this since Flower of Evil.
Yea, in my books it's always gonna stay as ML's country house from Crazy Love. In most of the other dramas either interior didn't fit with exterior, or the house was not posh enough to show off that filthy rich chaebol-ness that was flaunted in other scenes.
I just finished the webtoon, there are already differences, I am excited to see if they will go as 'dark' as the…
I'm annoyed that those bishes from school didn't apologize to FL after the reunion like in the manga. Will they still do it later? Because they took FL's side and there's some funny stuff with them later in the manga. Also, FL here avoids riding in ML's car like the plague. But in the manga there were some interesting scenes by this time already.
why doesn't she break up with min hwan, he will end up marrying Soo min and a wedding will take place(as everything…
In the manga it's part of the plan, though it made ML hurt for a while. She needs the evil bish to get enamored with Min Hwan, so she still pretends to be his gf to get the evil bish jealous and want to take her away from him. Don't worry, she'll succeed pretty soon.
It’s really giving perfect marriage revenge, I wonder which one was the original idea or if it’s all a coincidence.…
Ask those questions to manga authors, they're both based on different mangas which were released about the same time. Afaik, it's just a popular trope in SK mangas. Also, doesn't PMR have lots of makjang bs? MMH has a different, more serious tone.
What is it with this anti-glasses propaganda?? Why does every person have to lose their glasses post makeover?…
I'm anti-glasses, especially for rich people. LASIK exists, it's affordable, it improves quality of life, and its return of investment is in just couple of years you're not buying new glasses, lenses and liquid for lenses. Some people say that you look smarter in glasses, but that's just dumb and doesn't make you smart in reality. Even in this drama (or was it in manga?) LASIK was suggested to FL already.
They sure love them worms in SK. Next thing after the sequel they'll announce that it was actually a spin-off of Kingdom and they're finally making Kingdom season 3 😂.
