This was several episodes too long. Too much talking at the end and too much chaotic running around in circles chasing each other in same corridors. Turn it to 2x speed and it's like a silly Benny Hill show. A 7.0 at most, disappointing.
He attempted suicide because of FL’s death. Though throughout his life he talked to her only a few times and was her secret admirer since high school, because she was nice to a cat. Kinda makes one look mentally unstable, no? Here it’s different and I’m glad for it.
ugh i hate to see this trope again that mc is chaebol and his grandpa doesn't want him to marry lower family girl.....…
And while they're at it, they should skip that annoying "eew...an orphan, no history, no parents who would teach you a proper way of living". They're still treating such characters like they're lepers their children should avoid at all costs. Very rarely a drama has nice parents who welcome an orphan bf or gf without reservations. I can recall only one, actually.
Why do I feel 2ML and 3ML syndrome going too heavy? FL always ignores ML and she simply misunderstands ML? even…
He confessed in the manga as well. He also constantly wrote to her neglected social media account after school and messaged to her old number. Also, ML there didn't have to find him, he came to the school reunion himself. He then opened a cafe right next to where FL worked on purpose. Talking about annoying.
Also, FL has skipped two rides in ML's car already ☹️
Don't even get me started about that "rich man's house"! I swear, it's been basically in every drama about rich people since the start of 2022. They probably rent it all year round to film kdramas now 😂 Just from the top of my head - Crazy Love, A Business Proposal, Little Women, My Demon. And yeah, looking at crazy rich chaebols living in the same house one has two questions - are there no other good looking mansions in SK to film kdramas? And how rich exactly ML from Crazy Love was to be able to afford it? 🤔😂 And I think only in Crazy Love they showed the real interior of that house, which wasn't all that grand. In some other dramas it magically had way bigger interior with filthy rich decorations.
I haven't watched the lastest eps, but by 1st and 2nd eps, in webtoons she grasped things pretty quick and smartly,…
In the manga there's a lot left between the scenes. Live adaptation is more fleshed out and nuanced. Though some of the internal monologue is lost in live adaptation. There are some differences already, but I see only one major thing that stands out so far - ML in the manga was way better looking, confident and five steps ahead of FL in terms of planning stuff to help her.
According to the manga the evil bish is so evil because of her bish of a mother. I guess the same can be said about Min Hwan and his obnoxious parents. Don't f*ck up your kids, guys! Or they may turn into all sorts of mentally sick people - from pathological liars to serial killers. Time and again this gets proven true in criminal stories.
I think they are. There haven't been any obvious signs yet but it is kind of implied. Hee Yeon is way lippier…
No, in the manga she was still a temp. And there was a whole plot revolving around her being a temp that allowed to dispose of that nasty Mr. Kim. She had a project proposal which Mr. Kim stole from her by threatening her and telling her it won't be accepted by the higher-ups because she's a temp. FL told her to give to him and arranged to fail spectacularly. The only thing was that higher-ups knew who she was and she didn't face any consequences when Mr. Kim tried to shift the blame on her.
Btw, are they still gonna position Yoo Hee Yeon as ML's step-sister in the drama? I'm not seeing any development about these characters that should have already happened according to the manga. In the manga FL was already mistakenly suspecting them to be in a romantic relationship at this time in the drama.
