Some of you say that this show changes the perception of life etc and I felt it too, but it makes me wonder...…
Then he should continue suffering for the country. May work on Asians with their “society above individuality” mentality, but a hard sell for individualistic West. I’ve a big issue with the message of this drama as well, how it ignores the cause and focuses on guilt shaming, how it judges every such person with same level of contempt without looking at the circumstances. Looks like a cold outlook from somebody on the outside who sees people as statistics. Sponsored by SK’s government, I tell ya. Basically, as religious dogma states, your body doesn’t belong to you to do as you please with it. If you’re terminally or mentally ill and a see yourself as burden to society and relatives; if you get beaten every day by your own drunkard parents and nobody cares, if you live in miserable hopeless poverty with no help from the government; etc. you cannot kill yourself or you’ll go to hell. Just makes one think that religions really are just a tool to control society. Good thing that common sense and science gradually starts to prevail.
After watching the first part, I'm not sure how to feel about this. It touches on very sensitive topics in a somewhat…
Agreed, I didn't like it either. Seriously looking like SK government's propaganda to force people to conform into brainwashed workaholic mindset by shaming suicide through religious dogmas. It ain't gonna work though, they should be spending money on actually trying to solve problems that cause suicides - unemployment, poverty, the cost of living expenses, etc.
There's going to be season 2, but they haven't started filming it yet.But what year is the last scene with ML?
Color TV appeared in the country for masses only in 1980. Is it even the same ML? And what's up with FL in the water with the creature? Didn't she die? Why is she in the water?
“Someone is working harder suffering more than you”So you’re saying that’s ok? You’re ok with millions…
Haven't watched part 2 yet, but let me guess, they're still droning on about how you should keep on suffering for the sake of others and to give into workaholic mob mentality? I'm telling ya, it's been sponsored by SK's government - they've no real plans how to reduce staggering suicide rates among youth, so they're trying shaming and religious approach.
He's a handsome man, this actor. The husband can't successfully sue his own wife. He's probably claiming the actor…
If such claims were successful in court the divorce rates would on all time low, which is the opposite. Having a romantic relationship with a married person is not a crime, they've got nothing on the man. A spouse can sue their cheating other half though, because their relationship is covered by law.
