I have been watching this drama randomly and slowly for the past couple of months. It has some refreshing aspects…
Btw, the secretaries were the only ones ML apologized to properly. The rest were guilty themselves, so he just made up with whom he could because he learned forgiveness, the rest went to jail.
The FL's ex is trash. But, do you think the FL did wrong by not telling the HR lady about her relationship with…
I dunno why it's such a big deal either. She should have told everybody at the wedding like she wanted to, or later on. That would have placed her ex in his place, because the blame's all on him. But now that it has dragged on for so long that HR lady would definitely start thinking it was still ongoing after the wedding and would make it worse.
I'm incredulous of people's reactions to 2ML. The supposedly well educated public figure wrote super nasty hate comments about a writer he never even met after reading some of his mother's smut literature like a terminally online troll with brain rot and even forced his secretary to double down on it. But now they're presenting him like a nice dude, like, he's just a pure soul living under his mother's bootheel who never touched a woman in his life, or encountered any sort explicit content ever in his entire life. But now that he has touched and likes that same writer he tried to ruin and/or have a mental breakdown everything's forgiven. Just inconsistent writing of a character with weird behavior and shifting the blame on the secretary was a very cheap cop out. Should have made him own it in public and made him do some more community service, the guy really needed to touch grass and meet people.
I don't think she should leave. She has worked so hard to get to this position and she is very passionate about…
First off, there would be repercussions for faking her marriage by the company. Because it's fraud to gain benefits and the company is now on high alert and investigating everybody because one guy already got caught embezzeling. And how would the company know it's fake? Because of her ex. Either he's gonna blow it up or his jealous wife would. Either way, I don't think it would stay hidden for long. Second, ML's father's wife would want both of them gone from the company and that fired secretary warned ML about bad things coming for his wife. And you can see it in the teaser for upcoming episode that shit's about to hit the fan. It's not about fairness, it's about what people in power at the company would do to them.
I think FL would have to leave the company. ML should as well, he doesn't owe his father anything. Her ex won't leave her in peace now that he knows and there's gonna be immense pressure on ML now as well.
While this show is a no-brainer entertainment fest with all my favourite actors....Who is Kim Ji Uk lol? He's…
If you watched enough dramas you could tell from episode 1. 1. ML is the illegitimate son of that cheating chaebol. His father had a dalliance with his mother, then his mother ditched him on his grandma and skedaddled to Canada to marry some pastor who wouldn't accept her child out of wedlock (the scandal!). 2. At some point either prior being given to grandma's care or after she was admitted to the hospice he went to the temporaty foster family - FL's family. He was one of the kids FL's mother took under her wing. 3. He's young, but it was mentioned he was studying while working as a convenience store worker. He got into his father's company on his own merit even, his blackmailer didn't even have to pull strings much. So he's got some sort of manager education or whatever. I'm thinking his blackmailer was sent by his father who wants to kick his legitimate idiot son from CEO position and make ML his heir instead. 4. He didn't like FL at first not only because he witnessed her shenanighans at the convenience store, but because he knew he from his childhood. He even knows specifically what sort of house she lives in, because he was there for a time as well. What else is it you don't get about him?
ML from the forbidden marriage is the ML here 🤣🤣
Wait, now that you mention it that's not the one I was thinking of. I was thinking of ML in The Matchmakers. But they had some similarities - getting horny by reading smutty literature but staying in denial, lol.
The only character I don't like here is that idiot CEO. Completely unrealistic character and not in a funny way. He's an adult, but is still living under mom's bootheel so much he acts like he's been born just yesterday, or been living like a monk in a cave all his life. Never encountering any sort of sexual content online, or thinking any sort of sexual thoughts or dreams in his age just spells there's something wrong with him. But on the other hand he knows how to write hundreds of braindead horrendous comments like a terminally online basement dweller. Which is even more inconsistent with his well manned, well educated high society chaebol scion image. It looks like he got warped here from some Joseon period drama where he was an austere scholar or something. Like that ML from The Forbidden Marriage, for example.
So what's the consensus on the blackmailer man? Who sent him to ML? ML's father? He's looking to change his legitimate idiot son for illegitimate one? Also, what sort of fcked up mother is ML's mother to ditch him like that and where did she find the same sort of fcked up Chirstian pastor who wouldn't accept her child?
Thanks, I think I'm gonna drop it for now. And FL has cancer that returned? Call me a cynic, but I don't believe in happy endings when it comes to cancer. This show just got super depressing as well.
Just started episode 7 and FL's cheating ex just popped out of nowhere, like of course he would. I just don't have patience for dumb love triangles lately. Is he annoying, guys?
