ML says too many top cringe level lines for it to be natural. His initial personality was that of a tight lipped ice cube, blurting out all that dumb corny crap would be akin to split personality disorder, which as far as we know is not what his disease was. I dunno, if they're going for a placebo effect here in the end I'm not feeling it, just doesn't mesh well. He really couldn't care less about FL prior those spell shenanigans. If the spells were real that would be preferable in my book.
Now I somehow unhappy with the FL because to me she is too clingy for the SML
It’s as they have said about her in the drama - she’s a lonely outcast who falls for anyone who’s even remotely kind to her. This story would have sold better if she wasn’t so good looking and kind though. Kinda hard to believe it.
ML is dosing his body movements and speech so deliberately sparingly it's as if moving and talking is painful to him. I'm not sure what they were going for here, him having a painful disease that is affecting his whole lifestyle or just showing him as a cold blooded robot.
Overrated af, it's a 6 max. One of the most boring dramas I've ever watched. The chemistry somehow just wasn't there between the main leads and their romance culminated way too early. Maybe it's the dumb reincarnation trope, or ML actor's perpetual bored face, I dunno. The only character I liked here was ML's brother, even though he was a whiny b*tch for most of the season. Literally forced myself to push through this slog because I wanted to watch the second season. Second season's first episode has more going on in it than the entirety of the first season.

He never lost them, he pretended to have an amnesia. It will be revealed to the audience at the end of episode 4. But he'll reveal it to FL at the end of episode 7.
Too many episodes and the ending was very boring. It started strong in the first few episodes, but ended up in Disneyland. I especially didn’t like how they treated the villain - from “I will destroy you!” to “I will destroy you…later…maybe, or maybe I will just look after my son since I somehow gained back my maternal instincts”. ML’s mother leaving him was also dumb af. And lastly, I didn’t like FL here. Too many things bothered me about her character, but main thing her actress failed to sell it being in love with ML. More like she allowed it. Just like her flight attendant friend gave in to the male flight attendant. She did one right thing though by leaving the company of ML. No problems or gossips that way. 7.0 max for this boring show. I’m getting too old for this outdated kind of plot.

Wouldn't be the first time though, I've seen FL not taking any such bs from SFL before. But it's always satisfying to see SFLs being brought down a peg by FLs. And here techinically she's not even ML's ex - just a lookalike who has invented a whole story in her head after being confused by ML and seeing a portrait. In other words - delulu. Ever wonder why a successful, pretty woman doesn't have a boyfriend or husband, even though she's not against it? There you have it - too much crazy.

Agreed. Seems like they gonna go the route of stay-at-home-dad. Also, seems like a dumb stigma of being a divorcee is a real problem for women in SK. Look at her flight attendant friend. Also, we don't know what their financial situation is, maybe they're still paying mortgage for the flat. Personally though, since in my country that status means nothing nowadays, it's hard for me to empathize. I'd have divorced his lazy ass since clearly there's no love left, just cohabitation. The daughter is very smart, she'd have understood. And that would have removed a big fat yoke called his lazy ass family as well, looks like none of them are working either.
On the one hand, the guy's heart is not beating, he wants to become a real ̶b̶o̶y̶ human to experience love. On the other hand, he claims that Hae Sun was his first love. Something doesn't add up here 🤔
Personally, I hate this reincarnation bs in general. But if they really must, let it be SFL. Doesn't matter since she doesn't remember anything anyway. I'd like for FL to not be reincarnated Hae Sun, but his real first love when he finally becomes human.
