The way I litterally said I'm still hopeful abt the story bc the scriptwriter is good but you totally ignored the postitive patrt of it and took "she just hates bai lu" and ran with it while I'm litterally just tuning into this for her 😭
(will probably get "if you don't have nice things to say don't comment" out of here for this but I'll say it) It visually looks like a low budget pre 2020 xianxia fespite being high budget because: 1. Too much unnatural and unrealistic whitening and blurring face filter (bai lu is too pretty for these ugly filters) and 2. ZSX's white wig looks cheap bc the specific shade of white not only doesn't flatter his features, but is only very flat looking and hasn't been made with multiple shades of gray in it to look voluminous and more like real hair. In summary: Yuzheng needs to stop Anyways, I actually like this scriptwriter so I hope the plot is good enough to make up for the distracting visuals.
