I really hope this ends up being really high quality and also a mega hit in terms of popularity and dudu gets all the praise in the world for her performance so that those nasty mfs (fans of #that show) who lied on her name and made everyone on cdrama twt join a hate train for her burn from jealousy like I'll be LAUGHING. Ugh, this drama looks terrible… by which I mean they used so much skin smoothing that these people, who DO NOT…
They did use filters but I watched it again and genuinely tried to see the "terrible " look you're talking abt 😭 like this actually looks very natural and not even that obvious unless you look closely compared to many other cdramas specially youku's shows which use filters that litterally blur ppl's nose into their skin and makes their face look 3 shades lighter than their neck lmfao

I also can't stand his pr team's superiority complex and the way you can visibly see in every drama of his that he wants the spotlight way too much to the point of sabotaging his fem costars. The source novel was female centric but landi looks like a love interest already based on the trailer. 3. Cockfight between two men over a woman. I HATE this trope. Overall I have no hope for this tbh and I think even despite rjl's attempts as usual, her fl is too talented this time and will outshine him anyways 😭
I'm sooo excited for this my psychopathic ass loves watching female leads suffer 😭 But really jokes aside, since in romance it's almost always the male characters' broken souls being repaired by a pixy dream girl/white lotus, it's very interesting to me to watch a female characters' journey through hardships and how SHE will overcome her burdens. This looks like a more serious and more realistic version of lighter and princess with the gender cliches reversed so I'm very intrigued!

I'm pretty sure it's not real...Yuzheng's marvellous women's production team (2021) was rumored to have k!lled a cat on set and that thing received an insanely massive backlash and started an overall big discussion about the topic of animal abuse in the ent industry on the internet of china and since then, most dramas make disclaimers in the beginning to make the viewers sure no animals were harmed during filming.
