Something about this show is losing me. I can't quite put my finger on it, but I'm in no rush to watch each week. I like their cute/emotional/passionate moments together, but anything else to do with the actual "Golden Blood" storyline is honestly whatever to me.
Maybe I just need to see these two in a better written show, idk.
Now my favorite (modern set) c-drama EVER. The character growth was immaculate and I was not prepared for the evolution of their understanding of and communication with one another. The way the tragic dark and heartbreaking topics were handled and resolved made me very satisfied. And for once the bad people got what they deserve with no redemption. These two people loved and hurt and healed and it was beautiful to see. Although it took me until about ep 5 to really get hooked, I was invested all the way to the end (and it's usually VERY difficult for me to make it through the last few eps of a c-drama) - in fact I'd say the closer we got to the end, the more invested (and in love) I became. 9.5/10
I can see from these comments that a percentage of BL watchers aren't big brained. Could care less who's offended, when it's literally been explained in the series dialogue. You're dumb, and that's okay.
The ones patient enough to repeatedly try to explain things are amazing because it for damn sure couldn't be me.
The one thing I will say is that I wish they'd made Po feel like a full person. Why does he seem like a supporting character we barely know the personality of in his own romance?
With this dynamic I'm not sure how this relationship is that much different from his last one. The only difference would be that Thame isn't a complete user a-hole. But Po is still another man's fan, watching from the sidelines.......
My take from ep5: I think Cir THINKS he's lying 100%, but I'm not convinced........not ruling out this supernatural sh*t, 'cause why would there be a mindreader in this story if something strange wasn't going on here???
I think he lied about being from a parallel world, but I don't know if he made up its existence. Those dreams are definitely abnormal, coming from a bitch that's pined too. I think he really did send himself on a mission, but Cir coward-ed his way into fulfilling it (by lying). Like, just be normal and ask for his number, jeez.
PAINFULLY BAD at this point This is the worst JBL I have ever seen...and it's an adaptation of a Thai show that had its own flaws in writing and execution - so why is the Thai version so much better than this?????? WHY????!!!!
The 2nd couple has 0 chemistry. That NC scene was painful to get through - what were they thinking even releasing it? They made a bad casting choice in Fuma in my opinion.
I have questions.1) When did Ju Yeong get the necklace? The necklace he later removes in ep5 when Hyeon Ho is…
That's Juyeong's cross necklace from childhood. His parents work in the church so he had a religious upbringing. When they were teens Juyeong took off his necklace right before he confessed to Dohoe through their bedroom wall and he took it off again Ep5 when he first went to Dohoe's house after their kiss. Makes sense that Dohoe would view the act of removing the necklace whenever he decides to be with him as slightly insulting.
There were more plot holes than what Mark was able to fist through bitches' bodies.

-No, not on any planet lol

I loved this episode a lot.

Honestly I don't wanna see Hill/Ter again unless they rolling around in bed. Like, why is their whole story a flashback????????
