I'm having so much fun! This has lightheartedness and comedy as well as all the other good elements of a plot like this. I love watching an underdog character not only improve their life but also become happier as a result like this FL. It feels so satisfying to root for her success!
But the essence is too similar, that these small difference doesnt make up for it. I AM SLIGHTLY DISAPPOINTED…
I watched PMR and in my opinion although there are some things that are similar the vibes that they give off are very different. I don't feel like I'm watching the same show in any way although the time travel element is similar.
Yeah good point! I don't remember the explanation or anything about that at all. The FL though, she's human and…
Yeah, if he did I don't remember, but to be fair my memory is pretty bad lol. Though it doesn't seem like anyone remembers this being answered yet either. I love that you noticed this point! Very interesting!
Atrocious behaviour. I don’t care how hurt or angry you are, spitting on the ground in front of someone is very…
I feel like it would be one thing to treat random strangers the way he has treated the FL mom, the FL and their son. However, these were the people she loved the most besides him and it feels like he is disrespecting her memory with the way he is treating everyone.
How sad would she have been to know how much unnecessary additional misery her husband made her best friend, son, and the woman who her son loves/best friend's daughter (who has likely been like family to her) feel.
To actively be ruining his sons life after he lost his mother who loved him though seems like the worst thing. Had she known, would she not have been much happier if she knew that someone who loved him, brought him joy and cared for him was by his side and making his life more full when she couldn't be there for him herself.
It feels disappointing that his hatred for the mother is stronger than his love for his son.
He could have even let them be together without making that family a part of his life in the process, it would have been workable if he wasn't so stubborn.
I hope to see the day that kdrama writers let go of the depiction of toxic obsessive lovers. Entire centuries…
Gotta love the old "I'm doing this for you" and "I only care about you" while at the same time not listening to them, not respecting them and not caring about what they actually want or what makes them happy.

Also you are so right about liking someone.
Sure people can have their feelings, but that doesn't mean they get a free pass to cross other's personal boundaries, to not treat others the way they would wish to be treated, or disrespect the other person's thoughts and feelings and insert themselves into another person's life.
Especially if it's to a degree where (if you were in your right mind you would realize) your actions are to the point where they could make the person you are interested in feel unsafe.
The way he didn't even want to let her say how she felt about the situation annoyed me so much! It wasn't about her not letting him have feelings (as if that would be something she could actually control 🙄 lol I am sure she wishes as much, and would turn them off if she could). It is about continuing to act whatever way he wants using his "pure" feelings of liking her for an excuse, so that if she starts questioning/disliking/becoming uncomfortable with his actions and voices as much she becomes the bad guy for "insulting" his "love" for her.

100%! Thank you! That's exactly how I feel too! If he doesn't come out as being a bad guy in this reincarnation I am going to be so annoyed!!
He's absolutely giving corrupt creepy cop who is abusing his power and hiding behind his badge in order to justify his obsession and pretend that he couldn't possibly be a bad guy.
And the character is written to be perfectly obnoxious. He is such a big red flag with his actions, and yet he has acted nothing but self-righteously toward the ML from the beginning. As though the fact that you're an officer makes you better that others. Gross.
I probably miss this but the ML was going to say why the sML has the same face as the king. he said every reincarnation…
Yeah good point! I don't remember the explanation or anything about that at all. The FL though, she's human and she always has a different face in her reincarnations? Why does he always have the same face though?? Hmm
Just started watching episode 12 *** MINI SPOILER BUT BARELY . . . just talking about some lines at the beginning…
Just started episode 12 but might I just say it was so satisfying to see the FL's response to the SML being all like "you need my protection from him", as if! Like she says, the ML has done nothing but actually protect her.
In fact a better job than what the SML as a police officer should have been doing. Versus randomly going stalkerish on the love interest of someone you have the hots for, because I mean he's just SO SUS (how convenient).
Ah yes he looks like the guy in an old picture . . . instead of just thinking it must be genetics, well the logical and sane conclusion to jump to would of course be that he is some kind of non-human, evil, alien/fantasy creature being thing out for the blood/destruction of "his lady" who he must now swoop in to heroically protect. Wow, he's so giving of himself, I'm so moved! What self-sacrifice, non-selfish intent and wise reasoning! Makes perfect sense!
What girl wouldn't fall for a man like him 😍 and the way he showed his stalkerish/obsessed papers concerning ML . . . be still my heart, it really shows shows his pure hearted dedication to the FL! 🥰❤❤ I know if I was the female lead and he showed me that amazing research (that you could of course immediately observe as being legit from a glance) I would 100% immediately be convinced of his wise and manly reasoning!!!
