I watched 2 episodes and I'm not sure if I'm gonna be into watching it or not. Did anyone else feel like this and then end up being glad that they continued?
Nothing to do with the new actress being untalented. It just feels like the storyline has been ruined. Truly some of the best characters and bonds from S1 (which the characters of the female lead and her family are a part of will be gone). IDK I might try to watch it by pretending it's a standalone?? How they would get rid of the FL character from the story without it feeling off? Or keep the ML from feeling too much loneliness with the loss of their friendship, without giving him a contrived feeling romance where he had no time to move on for what he felt for S1 FL?
unfortunatly the actress is not coming back because she's filming another drama instead, she chose not to do S2.…
Right?! Been waiting from day one. I was so excited hearing we would get romance with them this season. And just looking forward to more of the casts overall delightful chemistry. And then somehow they manage to fumble booking the FL. 😔 PLEASE, I need them to make a season 3 now, with all the cast! If they don't completely destroy the potential for it with the script this season. Though maybe it's unrealistic, it's my one hope. 😭
I might be able to watch this, for my love of all who will be there still from season 1. I'm just really hoping there is no romance this season. The chemistry and friendship of the FL and ML from season one was so perfect. I just don't think they could replicate the potential they had as a couple, especially with all the buildup the two already had. It might be cute if the ML were to develop a sibling energy type bond with the FL, especially after all the ML's loss in S1. I really just don't want something that feels abrupt and forced.
I was a dinosaur when they released the trailer guys trust
Same. Had to wait too long and went extinct though. 😔 Now I'm just here as a dino ghost haunting the comment section, bc this show is my unfinished business.
This and Flex X Cop S2 have been my most anticipated dramas for so long. Between this and what's happening with that season, I'm in suffering mode right now. 🥀
I just don't know if I'll be able to bring myself to watch this. Nothing against the new FL, but without continuing the story with the characters of S1, I just don't think my heart will be in it. This was one of the dramas I've looked forward to the most. 😭
I mean, it reportedly held a filming launch ceremony (in 2020) and the actors received intense training on historical…
If it ever would have been, it certainly won't be now. The ML is dead. And the whole situation is very dark, from what people are saying about what happened (you can see on his actor's page comments).
i really liked the female lead and was hoping to watch the romance between the leads but it's not happening anymore.…
I'd almost just want them to recast her character, though I know that wouldn't be the same. It would still suck, but the relationship and all the work of building trust and friendship between them feels so central to the story. I don't want the story to be ripped away, the same way our actress and her awesome costar chemistry is going to be (if that makes sense). Introducing a new FL character to the plot would just feel so forced to me (plot-wise, not that it wouldn't feel forced in it's own way 😔), especially after all the build up. At least this way it would be easier to imagine it as it could have been, with our FL.
I really liked park ji hyun character in first season. How do they failed to get her on the board? Was she not…
From what I heard, they didn't book her soon enough for when the filming is supposed to happen. She signed a contract for another drama already and the schedules conflict. You'd think maybe it would be a good idea to secure your leads, and then organize a filming schedule when they're available. 😐
