What are the chances of actually getting a season two where we see them chasing after Bigfoot? lol
I really enjoyed the show, especially the relationship between Ji-Hyo and Bo-Ra which was its biggest strength for sure (and very welcome to see two female leads without a male romantic interest). The rest of the gang was cute as well (Cap ♥). The humor in the show was on point. Having said all that I liked I do feel it was missing something but I can't really pinpoint exactly what. I don't know if it's just that the lead's motivation felt a little lacking. Like maybe if she was motivated by more than just a loss of memory. I didn't really feel the need for the detective, although JiHyo's work friend was kind of funny. She elevated those scenes.
The Problem With GLITCH: Somehow i felt it too like GRID(A useless mystery)... but this time the story was good..…
Her boyfriend was kidnapped by aliens (it's why he's the only one that believes her when she tells them all what happened to her and Bora, and why he sees the giant alien in the end).
Underrated. He deserves a lead role already. He's incredibly talented with a strong scene presence. I saw him first in Nobody Knows and then in Remarriage and Desires and the roles are complete opposites and yet he stood out in both.
This goes without saying as well but he is so handsome and elegant.
This writer really knows how to write engaging female characters and dynamics between them (which makes me love her writing more because dramas that focus on female dynamics as much as the lead romance are very rare. We need more). It’s very clear that's one of her favorite aspects to write in her dramas. Male characters feel a little lacking for my personal taste, especially if we HAVE to have a romantic male lead. Overall she's a strong writer and in only these two dramas she has under her belt the growth between the two is noticeable. I'll likely be watching her next drama.
Also, seems to me she might be interested in writing a girl love drama (especially after watching 2521) based on the setups, development, and heavy subtext she gives the two main female character in both dramas. Hopefully one day (soon) she goes for it. And if she ever does a GL drama I have my fingers crossed that she'll reach out to Kim Taeri for one of the lead roles (and maybe Bona for the other cause they had amazing chemistry in 2521).
Your HeeDo/YuRim icon 😍I absolutely love HeeRim.Let's hope there's an important female friend character.
She's a college student. She must have friends, some people close to her. It'd raise the stakes of her changing because of the demon. The synopsis of the show makes it seem that there's no personal history between any of the characters prior so we need someone close to her, preferably a connection to another female character.
Excited for first script reading and any location photos.I'm curious if this will be set in present day Korea…
Netflix announced a drama somewhat similar to this one in which the lead (Han SoHee) is a cop and they search for some creature. It’s set in 40s Korea or something like that. That's why I'm cutious. Also cause Taeri so far rarely does stories set in present time lol.
I think filming starts this month. Excited to see the script reading. And the promo. For next year! ✨💖☺️
Excited for first script reading and any location photos. I'm curious if this will be set in present day Korea or if it will be a period show. What exactly is a low ranking public officer? Like a cop?
Hope there’s more casting of actresses/female characters.
Kim Eun Hee's series tend to have majority male cast :| I think the fact the main lead/first billed is the female character is already pretty rare imo, the roles of "the demon" & teacher would've been reversed in most cases. I think the majority of the remaining cast will be male characters. I hope I'm wrong though. She writes great female characters. Loved Ashin from the Kingdom series.
Women writer + director ✨☺️omg. I have not seen VIP (seems like a fairly new director) but Im excited to…
Woman writer, director, and lead. Too bad Taeri is the only female main cast (that we know so far). Hopefully all comes together well to deliver an awesome drama.
It’s going to be a public tv show 🤔I do really hope the production is good. Not many people watch public…
Thanks for the explanation. I've seen some SBS dramas that have been very good so hopefully this one is good as well. There must be a reason Taeri accepted, I have yet to be disappointed in her project choices. In the tweet you shared they list waave which I think is a streaming service in Korea?
I really hope she takes this role. The Demon casting turned out to be factual so fingers crossed for this one.

That's my hope anyway.

Do we know when they start filming?
